A judge reprimanded a father for not allowing his son to go to school for selfish reasons.

The father of Australia, had custody of his son, who is now 15 years old.

The boy ran away from his father’s home and went to live with his mother, who lives near his school.

The boy was returned to his father, who then did not allow his son to go back to school so he cannot return to his mother.

After not going to school for two years, the boy’s mother, who was married to her son’s father, finally took the matter to court.

Justice Jenny Hogan reprimanded the father for failing to ensure that his son receives an education.

The judge pointed out that “the father was well educated, which only magnifies the appalling nature of his behavior.”

The judge also criticized the teen’s mother for not taking the matter to court to address the situation earlier.

As a result of his refusal to allow the boy to attend school, the father lost custody. The boy was handed over to his mother and he now attends school.

The father appealed the ruling to the Full Court of the Family Court. He wanted his son to be returned to his custody, but his request was denied.
