(Scroll down for video) A woman was in distress after a divorce hearing at a family court.

Sadly, the nasty divorce proceedings took a toll on the woman and she committed suicide, but not before hurting her husband and his friends.

60-year-old Kimberly Goldman of California, left the Family Law Center in Martinez, at about 10:00 a.m. and drove away.

She then spotted her estranged husband leaving with two of his female friends, one of whom was allegedly a witness against her in the court proceedings.

While the three were in the crosswalk, Goldman accelerated and hit all three, police said. She then backed up and hit one of the women a second time.

All three pedestrians were taken to hospitals with moderate injuries.

Police soon received a report of a woman who stopped at the Benicia Bridge, and jumped into the river.

Police said that the car description was the same as the car described in the hit and run. Goldman’s body was recovered by the U.S. Coast Guard.
