Woman smears feces on neighbor’s cars 9 times

A woman was arrested on a charge of stalking after being accused of smearing feces on her neighbor's cars multiple times, according to police in New Jersey.

The Mount Laurel Police Department said that they have arrested 45-year-old Kimberly D. Teitelman, after being accused of harassing her neighbor over several months.

According to the criminal complaint, between March and October of this year, the Mount Laurel Police received 9 reports of dog feces being smeared on the vehicles belonging to a family on West Bluebell Lane.

Their vehicles have also been damaged in the same time frame.

Officers suspected a neighbor on West Bluebell Lane of committing the offenses due to a previous dispute between the two families.

On Saturday around 1:13 a.m., an officer witnessed Teitelman, smearing dog feces on the victim’s car. Teitelman was arrested on charges of stalking and harassment.

Bail was set at $3,000.
