7 female college students force 4 women to eat mud and garbage

(Scroll down for video) Seven students of a college, were arrested on a charge of hazing after allegedly abusing multiple women as part of them joining a sorority house, according to police in New York.

Albany police said that they have arrested Jessica Raynor, 21; Nicole Johnson, 21; Chinazo Ezekwem, 21; Tereyza Martin, 20; Katrina Bergvoy, 19; Heaven Guanco, 19; and Monica Vitagliano, 19.

All suspects were charged with first-degree hazing. If convicted, they face up to one year in prison each. According to the criminal complaint, the incident unfolded in the basement of a house located at 468 Hamilton Street.

The students claimed that they were a part of the Alpha Omicron Pi. Police officers at the scene early on Thursday morning, after neighbors called to complain about noise.

Officers found the seven suspects abusing four women. The four victims were blindfolded and forced to eat mud and garbage.

They were also covered in rotten eggs and milk. The victims were forced to drink excessive amounts of alcohol and were verbally abused.

One victim suffered shortness of breath, redness to her face, chest burning and swelling to her eyes. She was taken to the Albany Medical Center Hospital, where she was treated and released.
