Drunk police officer gropes college student’s backside while she was shopping at department store

(Scroll down for video) A drunk police officer was arrested on a charge of being a public nuisance after allegedly grabbing the backside of a female college student who was shopping at a store, according to police in Japan.

Osaka police said that they have arrested 23-year-old Iori Fukumoto, who is an officer at the Toyonaka Police Station, after being accused of groping two women at a department store.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on Saturday around 3:30 p.m., at the Hankyu Department Store.

Fukumoto first groped the backside of a 60-year-old woman who was shopping at the department store. He then moved on and groped the behind of a 16-year-old high school student.

During questioning, Fukumoto told police that he does not remember sexually assaulting the women. The officer admitted that he was at a drinking party before going to the department store, and he was drunk.
