The Chicago Police Department said that they have arrested 16-year-old Tarik Harris and 17-year-old Di'Jae Banks, after being accused of fatally shooting 15-year-old Javon Wilson.

Javon is the grandson of U.S. Representative Danny Davis, a Democrat of Chicago. Harris and Banks have been charged as adults with first-degree murder and home invasion.

They were booked into jail, and are being held without bail.

According to the police investigation, Harris and Banks were friends of the Javon's brother. One of the teenagers gave Javon’s younger brother a pair of pants in exchange for sneakers.

The teens did not want to return the sneakers until they got back the pants. Harris and Banks entered the house and a fight ensued.
