A woman was arrested on a charge of stalking after allegedly sending naked photos of her former husband to his parents and employer, according to police in Florida.
Palm Harbor police said that they have arrested 32-year-old Eva Gaitan, after being accused of taking naked photos from her former husband’s flash drive and burning them onto a CD.
In court, Gaitan pleaded not guilty to one count of stalking. She was booked into the Pinellas County jail, and her bail was set at $1,000.
According to the police investigation, Gaitan and her former husband divorced several months ago. Recently, Gaitan found a flash drive that contained naked photos of her former husband.
She burned the naked photos on two CDs and put labels on them that read: “Requires Immediate Attention.” She mailed one CD to her former husband’s parents and hand delivered the second CD to his employer.
