Man kills driver at stop sign for showing him the middle finger and waiting for 5 seconds

A man who became extremely angry at a driver who showed him the middle finger at a stop sign, turned to violence, according to police in Colorado.

The Denver Police Department said that they have arrested 28-year-old David Garcia, after being accused of killing 28-year-old Miguel Baray.

Garcia has been charged with one count of first-degree murder.

He was booked into jail, and he is being held without bail.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded at the intersection of Kentucky Street and South Irving Street.

Garcia, who was driving a stolen Audi, honked his horn at Baray, who was stopped at a stop sign for about five seconds. In response, Baray showed Garcia the middle finger.

Garcia sped up and pulled to the side of Baray’s vehicle.

Garcia then aimed his gun out the window and pulled the trigger once to prove his point. The bullet hit Baray in the torso.

Baray became unconscious and crashed his vehicle into a parked car. Baray was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
