(Scroll down for video) A pastor and his wife were left humiliated after a car salesman stole their nude photos and made it public.
The 29-year-old pastor and his wife of Texas, are suing the Toyota dealership in Grapevine, after their employee stole nude photos and emailed them to a swingers website.
Tim and Claire Gautreaux said that while buying a new car, the salesman told the husband that he has to download an app on his phone to be approved for financing.
The salesman then informed the couple that has to show the phone to his manager to get the approved funding, their attorney Gloria Allred said in a news conference.
Tim claims that the sales director, Matt Thomas, 44, took his phone and looked through his photos.
When he found nude photos of Claire, 27, going in and out of a bathtub, he emailed two of the photos to a swingers website.
Tim, who is the worship pastor at Hope Fellowship Church, said that when he got back his phone, the nude photos popped up.
He then realized that the photos were emailed to the website.
Police were called and Thomas was arrested. He now faces criminal charges and Toyota is facing a lawsuit for an undisclosed amount.
The pastor said that he is making the story public to stop others from becoming victims of car salespeople.
