Teacher’s marriage called off after she had sex with student in her home while fiance was out of town
(Scroll down for video) A teacher’s wedding was canceled after her fiance learned that she was having sex with one of her students while he was out of town, according to police in Texas.
Plano police said that they have arrested 23-year-old Alaina Ferguson, who was engaged to be married, after having sex with a 16-year-old boy multiple times.
Ferguson has been charged with sexual assault. She was booked into the Collin County Jail, and her bail has been set at $100,000.
A judge ordered her to wear an ankle bracelet until after her trial. She as also ordered to shut down all her social media accounts and was banned from using the Internet.
According to the criminal complaint, Ferguson began the relationship with her student on Snapchat.
The 16-year-old student told police that he wrote his Snapchat username at the top of a test in Ferguson's algebra class at the Plano High School.
Ferguson responded through Snapchat, and the two met a few days later and had sex at a park on a bench.
About 10 days later, the teen and a friend arrived at Ferguson's apartment that she shared with her fiance, who was away for the weekend.
Ferguson and the teenagers ate pizza and played beer pong.
The teen and Ferguson had sex while his friend took the teacher’s dog for a walk. The teen and Ferguson had sex in the same apartment several times during their relationship.
Ferguson is accused of giving the teen alcohol exchanging nude photos through text messages during their relationship.
