A winery in Italy, suffered huge losses after several evil people broke into their facility and drained wine tanks that could have filled 400,000 bottles.
The incident unfolded at the Cantine Conte Carlo Giorgi Di Vistarino winery located in Pietra De' Giorgi.
Police launched an investigation to catch the vandals, but so far, no arrests have been made. A spokesperson for the winery said that no threats have been made recently.
There was no other damage at the winery and nothing was stolen, leading police to believe that this was an act of revenge.
One morning, workers at the winery found the ground soaked in grape juice and skins following the attack that occurred in middle of the night.
The vandals drained seven tanks of Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Chardonnay and other varieties of white grape destined for sparkling wine.
The company vowed to continue despite the huge loss of $500,000.
