A man who was angry with his brother, decided to kill an innocent squirrel, according to police in Florida.
Orange City police said that they have arrested 44-year-old Shawn Gamber, after being accused of grabbing a knife and killing an animal following a dispute with his younger brother.
Gamber has been charged with aggravated assault and animal cruelty. He was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail, pending a bail hearing.
According to the criminal complaint, Gamber asked his brother, Samuel, 25, to make him a coffee on Wednesday morning.
When Samuel refused, Gamber became very angry and grabbed a knife from the kitchen. Gamber then left the house and killed a squirrel that he caught the day before in his backyard.
Samuel was not injured.
