Head of Chiefs of Police Association asks prostitute for sex in cemetery

The head of a Chiefs of Police Association in Maryland, has been charged with a crime after being caught asking a prostitute for sex, according to a report in the Baltimore Sun.

71-year-old Larry Harmel of Baltimore, was caught when police officers set up an undercover sting operation to catch solicitors of prostitutes.

Harmel denied the report, saying that he was never charged.

According to the report, an undercover female police officer was standing on a street corner frequented by prostitutes around 3:30 p.m.

Harmel approached the woman. The woman asked Harmel what he was looking for, and he replied “you know.” The officer then offered to perform a sex act for a small amount of money.

The woman got into Harmel’s truck and said that he going to a graveyard.
