(Scroll down for video) A writer for Newsweek, is preparing to file a lawsuit against Twitter, in order to force the social media company to reveal the personal information of a user who allegedly caused him to have a seizure.
55-year-old Kurt Eichenwald of New York, said that the person who goes by the Twitter handle @jew_goldstein, caused him to have a seizure by sending him a message, containing a photo of a flashing light.
The Twitter user also wrote that Eichenwald of Manhattan, deserves to have a seizure for writing outrageous posts about President Elect Donald Trump.
Eichenwald suffers from epilepsy, and claims that the photo caused him to have a seizure. Eichenwald wants Twitter to reveal the identity of the user as he wishes to file assault charges against the party.
During the recent presidential election campaign, Eichenwald wrote several stories about Trump’s business dealings in foreign countries.
Following the court filing, Eichenwald wrote that he is going to get the son of a b***h who caused him to have a seizure.
