Terrorist flies out of plane midair after detonating bomb that causing hole in cabin

(Scroll down for video) A terrorist died after detonating a bomb on a plane midair, causing a hole in the cabin, police in Somalia said.

Mogadishu police said that after the bombs blew a hole in the plane, the terrorist, who was not identified, was sucked out of the plane.

According to the police investigation, the man was able to bypass rigorous screening at the airport by passing through security in a wheelchair.

The terrorist was taken on the plane in the wheelchair and then moved to a regular seat. Five minutes after taking off, he detonated the bomb and was sucked out of the plane through the hole.

No other passengers died as a result of the explosion. The plane landed safely at the airport. The terrorist’s charred body was found 30 miles away from the location of the explosion.

Two people suffered light injuries.

Father kills his 16-week-old son because he cried for more than 10 minutes

(Scroll down for video) A father was arrested on a charge of murder after allegedly killing his son because he cried for 10 minutes straight, police in West Virginia said.

Bridgeport police said that they have arrested 26-year-old Jeremy Kurt Shaffer, after being accused of killing 16-week-old Landyn Carder.

Shaffer was charged with second-degree murder, death of a child by a parent, child abuse and neglect leading to death. He was booked into the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, and his bail was set at $750,000.

If convicted, Shaffer faces up to 40 years in prison.

According to the police, officers were called to the Ruby Memorial Hospital, after the baby was brought in and diagnosed with bleeding in the brain.

Police learned that Shaffer was at home when the child was injured. Doctors determined that the baby’s injuries were not accidental.

The victim was in intensive care and died the next day. Shaffer told police that he was home alone when the baby was crying for more than 10 minutes and did not stop.

He then put the baby on a couch and pushed him up and down. As he walked away, Shaffer noticed that the baby was blue and not breathing.

He called his wife and asked her what to do before driving to the hospital.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after allegedly driving a car while eating marijuana cookies, police in Washington said.

Seattle police said that the arrested the man on Saturday evening in Capitol Hill, after his expired license plates caught the attention of officers who soon discovered that he was driving while high on marijuana cookies.

The incident began after officers spotted the man’s SUV with expired plates driving near 10th Avenue and East Pike Street.

Officers Matt Blackburn and Brian Sunderland, as well as Sergeant Ben Morrison, stopped the SUV and began speaking with the driver.

Morrison spotted a gun lying on the floor of the SUV, and asked the driver and passenger to exit the car.

Officers searched the SUV and found one gun under the passenger seat, where another man who is a convicted felon and prohibited from handling firearms, had just been sitting. The driver told police that the gun was his, and officers released the passenger from the scene pending further investigation.

While police were talking to the driver, they noticed he was showing signs of impairment and arrested him for driving under the influence.

The driver later admitted to having eaten two marijuana infused cookies. Officers booked the driver into King County Jail.

He was charged with illegal carrying of a firearm, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.

Elderly man takes computer to Best Buy for repairs while screen showed young girls having sex with men

An elderly man was arrested on a charge of possession of child pornography after a technician found child pornography images on his personal computer, police in New York said.

Now, 63-year-old Michael Murray of Queens, has pleaded guilty to promoting a sexual performance by a child.

He faces a sentence of up to three years in prison.

According to the police investigation, a technician at the Best Buy located at 50-01 Northern Boulevard in Long Island City, began to work on the laptop computer that Murray dropped off for repairs, when the laptop’s screen saver started displaying a slideshow of multiple images of young girls posing provocatively.

The computer also displayed pictures of girls engaged in sex acts with adult men. The technician alerted his supervisor and contacted the police.

When police went to Murray’s residence, he admitted that he knew what was on his screen saver and had been exchanging files of child pornography with others on the Internet for approximately five years.

A forensic exam of the defendant’s computer revealed nearly 400 images of child pornography.

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on a charge of murder after killing both of his elderly parents in separate incidents, police in New York said.

Now, 39-year-old Gregory Cucchiara of Queens, has been convicted of two counts of second-degree murder in connection with the killings of 66-year-old Giusepina Cucchiara and 75-year-old Carmelo Cucchiara.

According to the police investigation, Giusepina Cucchiara was found dead in the family’s home located on 28 Avenue. She had been struck on the head with a perfume bottle and choked with the pearl necklace.

Her son then dragged her to a bathtub and held her head under water until she died.

After the incident, Carmelo Cucchiara moved out of the home he shared with his son and wife, and went to live with his daughter.

One morning, the daughter found him lying in bed with a pillow covering his face. He had bruising on his forehead and his body was cold to the touch.

The Medical Examiner determined the cause of death to be asphyxiation. Gregory Cucchiara had visited his father the previous evening and was the last person to see him alive.

DNA evidence found under the fingernails of both victims were matched to their only son, Gregory Cucchiara.

Priest sells $53,000 in fake tickets to visit Pope Francis

(Scroll down for video) A priest was arrested on a charge of theft after allegedly selling fake tickets to visit Pope Francis, police in California said.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced that police have arrested 60-year-old Erwin Mena, and was charged with 19 counts of grand theft, eight counts of misdemeanor petty theft and one count each of perjury, procuring and filing false documents and practicing medicine without a license.

Mena allegedly passed himself off as a priest at a pair of Catholic churches in Los Angeles, where he performed Mass, confessions and a wedding.

Mena is accused of swindling parishioners at the Saint Bernard Catholic Church in Glassell Park and Saint Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church in Highland Park, by selling tickets for a pilgrimage to see Pope Francis during his visit to the country.

Prosecutors said he never made the arrangements and the trip didn’t take place. Total losses are estimated to be $53,000.

Prosecutors are recommending bail be set at $100,000. If convicted as charged, Mena faces a possible maximum sentence of 21 years in prison.

Homeless man kills elderly couple to steal their cellphone

(Scroll down for video) A homeless man was arrested on a charge of murder after allegedly killing an elderly couple in order to steal their cellphone, police in California said.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced that 23-year-old Luke Mathew Fabela, was charged with two counts of murder in connection with the killings of Shirley Isom, 74, and Armie “Troy” Isom, 89.

Both died of blunt force trauma. Their bodies were discovered at their hillside estate on Roughrider Road. Investigators said that the only thing missing was Shirley Isom’s cellphone.

In addition to the murder charges, Fabela was charged with one count of second-degree robbery and one count of first-degree residential burglary.

Prosecutors said that they are planning to seek the death penalty for Fabela due to the heinous nature of the murders.

Diner gets his nose bitten off after telling drunk man to keep quiet

A man who enjoyed dinner at a restaurant, lost the tip of his nose after telling a drunk man to keep quiet, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 23-year-old Gareth Thomas of Luton, has been sentenced to serve 5 years in prison after pleading guilty to wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

Judge Barbara Mensah told Thomas, that he had left his victim with life changing injuries as a result of the horrible attack.

According to the police investigation, the incident occurred in the center of Luton in the early hours of the morning outside a restaurant.

The victim had asked Thomas politely to calm down, but he turned on him and bit his nose, taking the tip off. Thomas said that he is very remorseful, and if he could, he would take it back one hundred times.

He also claims that he has no recollection whatsoever of the incident because he was very drunk. The victim suffered psychologically as well as physically and may have plastic surgery in the future.

He has been depressed, rarely goes out and has lost his self confidence.

Prostitute surgically removed from elderly client who died during sex

A prostitute was rushed to a hospital as she lied on top of her dead client.

A video has emerged, apparently showing paramedics transporting the pair to the hospital on a stretcher.

The incident reportedly took place in China. The video first emerged on the Chinese video sharing website Miaopai, before it was shared by users on LiveLeak.

The woman was still attached to her elderly client who died while having sex. Paramedics hid the woman under the blanket that covered the elderly dead man.

According to witnesses, the man’s private parts was still attached to the woman after he died during sex. They pair was taken to the hospital, where doctors surgically separated them before his body was taken to the morgue.

Two brother were arrested after carjacking a man at a Papa John’s restaurant.

A pizza delivery driver in Florida, stopped two brothers from getting away with a stolen car.

Palm Beach Gardens police said that the suspects carjacked a man at gunpoint around 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Papa John’s located at 9089 N. Military Trail.

The victim was leaving Papa John’s with two pies and got into his Hyundai Sonata, when two men, one armed with a pistol, demanded the keys.

Wiltavious Peterson, 18, and Willie Peterson, 20, both of West Palm Beach, took the customer's car and phone before driving away.

The victim spotted the pizza delivery driver and told him about the incident. The delivery driver maneuvered his car to block the thieves from getting out of the parking lot.

That is when the suspects ran from the car. Police officers told the victim to call his wife, and the stolen cellphone was tracked to a nearby street.

Both men were captured after a brief chase, police said.

Wiltavious Peterson was charged with carjacking, robbery, possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest. He is being held in the Palm Beach County jail without bail.

Willie Peterson is charged with carjacking, theft and resisting arrest. He is being held in the Palm Beach County jail on $50,000 bail.

82-year-old man uses his car and gun to chase 25-year-old burglar and hands him over to police

(Scroll down for video) An elderly man was not going to let a thief get away with his crime.

Police in DeFuniak Springs, Florida, said that 82-year-old Bobbie Adamson, chased the burglar on Thursday afternoon, after he tried getting inside his home, using a crowbar.

Joshua Corey Atchison, 25, was arrested and charged with felony burglary of an occupied dwelling and criminal mischief after trying to break into the home on Peacock Road, while the elderly man and his wife were inside the home.

When he was confronted by the homeowner, Atchison ran from the house. He ran through the woods to get to his vehicle. Adamson told his wife to call police while he grabbed his gun, got into his car and chased the burglar until officers arrived.

The tool used to break into the home was found in the woods.

Hot-looking blond woman urinates in dressing room before forgetting her cellphone

(Scroll down for video) A hot-looking blond woman was busted for bad behavior when she left her cellphone in the dressing room.

The woman of Miramar Beach, Florida, stole more than $2,100 worth of clothes from multiple outlet stores in Walton County over the weekend, the Walton County Sheriff’s Office said.

However, Brooke Amber Sutton, 27, accidentally left behind her cellphone at one location.

A deputy responded to the Silver Sands Outlets in Miramar Beach around 2:00 p.m. on Friday, where an employee at Ann Taylor had discovered several security tags in a dressing room that had been removed from merchandise.

Along with the tags and cellphone, the suspect allegedly left a puddle of urine on the floor. After finding the cellphone, the deputy called the suspect’s husband and got a description of the vehicle she was driving.

The deputy spotted the vehicle in the parking lot with Sutton inside.

While searching the car, deputies discovered six pairs of designer jeans totaling more than $1,000 that was stolen from Saks 5th Avenue and approximately $1,100 worth of costume jewelry and clothing stolen from Ann Taylor.

Sutton was arrested on two counts of felony retail theft and was booked into the Walton County Jail. Her bond was set at $5,000.

54-year-old man found eating lollipop and drinking coffee in couple’s home

Police in Vermont, were called after a man was found sitting in the basement of the couple’s home.

Police arrested 54-year-old Mark Frady for breaking into the couple’s home and going into the basement, where he was seen eating a lollipop, drinking coffee and smoking marijuana.

Police said that the same homeowners reported their cat missing earlier that day. When they reviewed surveillance videos, they realized that Frady had been in their home a number of times.

Security camera also showed that Frady was the one who stole the couple’s three cats on two different occasions. Police recovered the cats from the suspect’s home and were reunited with its owners.

The couple identified Frady as their former neighbor. He was charged with burglary and unlawful trespass.

Man tries to buy pet fish from 12-year-old boy in exchange for marijuana

A man wanted to buy fish from a boy and pay with marijuana.

Police in Canada, were called after he beat the 12-year-old boy over the sale of a fish.

29-year-old James DeWolf of Ontario, has been charged with assault after allegedly trying to give the boy drugs in exchange for the pet fish.

DeWolf allegedly struck the boy in the head after trying to pass off a bag of oregano as marijuana. The 12-year-old boy recognized the content as spice and refused to take it.

Police said that the boy went to DeWolfe’s house on Saturday, and he was supposed to deliver the fish and pick up money for a fish tank that he sold to DeWolfe.

DeWolfe tried to pay the boy with a bag of what he claimed to be weed, but was actually dried spice. When the boy refused to take the bag, DeWolfe beat him over the head.

“The boy did not require medical treatment,” Chatham-Kent police said. DeWolfe was arrested and charged with assault.

Couple arrested after spraying each other with Silly String during fight at Walmart

A young couple was arrested after spraying each other with cans of Silly String.

The couple of Michigan, used the Silly String and then refused to pay for it.

Derek Gomez, 24, and Samantha Christiansen, 26, both of Muskegon, were arrested and charged with retail fraud after getting into a fight and using Silly String as the weapon.

Police said that the couple entered the Walmart in Ludington, and while shopping, they grabbed a few cans of Silly String and began spraying each other.

The couple left behind a mess. When they were confronted by store employees, the couple decided to leave the store.

However, employees demanded the couple pay for the bottles of Silly String they used. When they refused, police were called.

The couple was arrested for retail fraud and third-degree theft of products worth up to $200.

Dog breaks out of kennel to comfort crying puppies

(Scroll down for video) In Canada, a dog’s motherly instinct kicked in after hearing puppies crying in a kennel.

Surveillance video at a St. Albert boarding kennel, showed the dog breaking out of its kennel to help puppies in need.

The owner of Barkers Pet Motel and Grooming, Sandi Aldred, said that the dog took extreme measures to help comfort the puppies that were also at the facility.

The Australian Shepherd named Maggie, has been adopted from the Humane Society of Canada. Maggie’s own puppies were taken away and adopted just two weeks earlier.

When the dog heard the puppies in distress, it went to comfort them. Maggie sat at the door of the puppies’ kennel until Aldred arrived.

The dog then jumped around until Aldred allowed it to stay inside the kennel with the puppies.
