(Scroll down for video) A company in the United Kingdom, has announced that it plans to introduce period leave for women during their menstrual cycles.

Co-Exist of Bristol, said in a statement that women will be allowed to take time off during their period and work overtime later to make up for the lost time.

The director of the company, Bex Baxter, said that she pushed for the new policy because she saw female employees writhing in pain during their periods, and they were unable to take off from work.

She called it unfair. Co-Exist employs 24 people, seven men and seventeen women.

Baxter said that the details of the period policy had not yet been publicized and the matter would be discussed later this month.

The company wrote that the purpose of the period policy is to create a positive approach to menstruation and the menstrual cycle that empowers women and men and supports the effectiveness and wellbeing of the company.

Priest caught on video snorting cocaine in room full of Nazi memorabilia

(Scroll down for video) A priest in Ireland, has apologized after a video emerged, showing him snorting cocaine in a room full of Nazi memorabilia.

The video that was uploaded to the Internet, shows 37-year-old Stephen Curran of St. Patrick’s Church in Banbridge, smoking a cigarette with friends with music playing in the background.

The friend then waved a rolled paper in his face and showed him cocaine on the table. Curran got up from his chair, took the rolled paper and snorted the cocaine.

The Bishop of Dromore, John McAreavey, said that he had no knowledge of the event before seeing the video. Father Curran confessed, but said that he was not using drugs or had a drug addiction.

He said that this was his first and only time, and he was depressed and had requested a leave of absence. McAreavey said that the father obtained permission for an extended leave.

Prison hands out 10,000 condoms as inmates trade sex for snacks

A former prison guard in Australia, revealed that sexual activity is so common among inmates that officials have handed out 10,000 condoms in order to prevent sexual transmitted diseases.

The prison guard, who refused to reveal his identity fearing retaliation, worked at the Long Bay jail in Sydney for 11 years.

The guard said that inmates usually have sex in their cells during the night, and not in the showers as most people believe.

Long Bay is a maximum security prison, and is known to be the toughest prison in the country. Prisoners often deny having sex, but almost all are sexually active.

Last year, prison officials distributed 10,000 condoms. Most prisoners exchange sex for food or drinks. The guard witnessed one inmate exchange sex for a can of Coca Cola.

The guard also revealed that there are plenty of drugs inside the cells as they are smuggled into the prison by friends and relatives during visits.

In prison, most people are addicted to drugs as desperate people do desperate things.

Millionaire drags police officer with his Jaguar after being pulled over for speeding

A millionaire was arrested on a charge of assaulting a police officer after allegedly dragging a police officer with his Jaguar, following a traffic stop, police in the United Kingdom said.

London police said that they have arrested 77-year-old Harry Djanogly, after being accused of hitting the accelerator when Officer Robert McDonald grabbed hold of the steering wheel.

Djanogly was charged with dangerous driving and assaulting a police officer. In court, Djanogly told the court that he was speeding to a hospital because he believed that his wife’s life was in danger.

When he was pulled over for speeding in his silver Jaguar, he explained his situation to the officer and drove away. After stopping at a red light, McDonald came through the window and grabbed the steering wheel.

Djanogly claims that he then accidentally took his foot off the brake. He denied putting his foot on the accelerator. The officer suffered leg injuries and stress.

Prostitute bites off lip of woman who tried to take away her client

A prostitute was arrested on a charge of assault after allegedly biting off the lip of a woman who tried to take away her client, police in Nigeria said.

Lagos State police said that they have arrested 30-year-old Blessing Ani, after being accused of getting into a fight with Doris Robert, who attempted to win over a client.

Ani was charged with one count of assault. In court, Ani pleaded not guilty to the charge. She was booked into jail, and her bail was set at $250.

According to the police investigation, the fight began when Ani arrived at a brothel, and found Robert with her client. Ani insisted that Robert should have called to let her know that her client has arrived.

Ani then accused Robert of trying to steal her client. In response, Robert said that Ani does not own the clients of the brothel.

The fight then turned violent, and Ani bit off Robert’s lip.

Thief pleasures himself while looking into man’s home and breaking into his Mercedes

Police are looking for a thief who was caught on camera pleasuring himself while looking into a man’s home, police in Florida said.

Miami police said that the incident unfolded around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, in front of a home on Southwest 28th Road near Seventh Avenue.

The homeowner, who was not identified, gave police surveillance video, which shows the man pleasuring himself while walking to the front door of the house and looking through the front window.

The thief then broke into black Mercedes parked outside the home, and ransacked it. The homeowner then confronted the man and ordered him to leave his property.

The thief then asked the homeowner if it really wasn’t his home and car before fleeing from the scene. The peeping Tom was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and dark pants.

Anyone with information on his identity is asked to call the police.

Horrified man throws his dog to polar bear to distract it from attacking woman

A man had to make the horrific decision of sacrificing the life of his dog for the sake of saving a woman.

Two videos emerged, showing the horrific attack, which took place in Chukotka, Russia.

The first video shows a woman being mauled by the polar bear. The second video shows the emotional scene of a man patting his dog before throwing it to the bear to distract it from the woman.

The woman eventually managed to escape, but her pants fell to the ground.

Some people believe that the woman was drunk when she went to feed the polar bear and got to close to it. Others said that the woman was looking for a quiet place to urinate.

However, after unzipping her pants, the polar bear came for her. While some people call it the ultimate sacrifice, others are calling on police to investigate the dog owner for animal cruelty.

Prankster puts needle in waitress’ drinking straw before it got lodged in her throat

A teenage prankster in the United Kingdom, got into a lot of trouble after he thought it would be funny to place a needle in the straw of a woman’s drink.

However, things went very wrong when the needle became lodged in her throat and she needed surgery to remove it.

19-year-old Brandon Nicholas Walker of Warwickshire, pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm at the Warwick Crown Court, and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

According to police, Walker worked at the Shustoke Farm Barns restaurant in Coleshill, when he decided to prank a female colleague.

Walker placed a needle into the straw of her drink when she was not looking. When the woman began drinking, the needle went into her mouth and became logged in her throat.

The woman who was in a lot of pain, was unable to talk and she was coughing up blood before she was placed under general anaesthesia so that doctors can remove the needle from her throat.

The court heard that Walker regularly pranked colleagues at work, including putting cocktail sticks in the food area and taking photos of himself on female employees' cellphones.

Judge refuses to jail father who admitted to molesting his cancer-stricken 6-year-old daughter

Prosecutors in Indiana, are not happy that a judge allowed a father to walk free after molesting his daughter.

Jeremy Schwer, 41, of Indianapolis, will not spend any time in jail even after admitting to molesting his 6-year-old daughter while she had cancer.

Schwer pleaded guilty to felony child abuse after sexually abusing his daughter while she was recovering from a brain tumor.

Schwer, who was married for eight years, has two daughters with his wife. He sexually abuse his oldest daughter.

Prosecutor Courtney Curtis asked the judge to sentence the father to at least nine years in prison, but the Marion County Superior Court judge sentenced him only to 12 years probation.

The light sentence comes after Schwer’s estranged wife, who filed for divorce after calling child protective services about the sexual abuse, asked the court not to send him to jail because she needed financial support for their children.

However, the prosecutor told the judge that Schwer did not support his family in any way in the past year, while he was out on bail.

According to court documents, the father made her touch his private parts and he touched her private area. The abuse began about two years ago, and continued on the night that Schwer was with his daughter at the hospital and continued when he cared for her at home.

Along with 12 years probation, Schwer also has to register as a sex offender, leave the family home and enter a counseling program.

Schwer's attorney, John Campbell, said that the father has committed to dedicate his life to support his family.

Father kicks little boy in spine after accidentally bumping into his daughter in playground

People in China, were determined to get justice after a father was seen kicking a young boy in the back.

Police released a video of the incident, showing the man kicking the child and allowing his young daughter to hit the boy. The incident took place at around 8:15 p.m., at a shopping mall in Dongying, Shandong.

According to the video that was uploaded to the Internet, the boy, who appears to be about 3 years old, was playing on a merry-go-round.

The boy and the man’s daughter were pushing the merry-go-round while another boy was sitting inside. As they were turning, the girl fell to the ground and the boy fell over her.

The angry father immediately jumped up and kicked the 3-year-old boy in the spine. The boy was seen crying and writhing in pain on the ground as the father returned to his seat like nothing happened.

When the boy’s mother confronted the man, he denied doing anything wrong.

However, after a video of the incident went viral, people tracked down the father and handed his information over to the police.

Police announced that they have arrested the father who was identified as Mr. Li. He faces a charge of child abuse.

Woman beats husband while playing guitar in public after hearing him reminisce about former girlfriend

A man of Portugal, was playing his guitar when he was suddenly attacked by his wife in front of a crowd.

The video of the incident that was uploaded to the Internet, shows the moment the unsuspecting guitar player got attacked by his wife.

The man was playing guitar outside a bar and was unaware that his wife was in the crowd as she was standing behind him.

Witnesses said that the woman overheard her husband reminiscing about another woman before she launched the violent attack.

The man was talking about a former lover and his wife felt disrespected. The wife jumped in front of her husband and began slapping him.

The guitar player was taken by surprise as he was suddenly smacked on the nose by his angry wife.

“Respect me! Don't talk about other women while I'm here,” she was heard screaming while hitting him repeatedly.

The husband who was sitting on a plastic chair, fell backwards as his wife kept hitting him and screaming in his face. Luckily, he did not hit the ground as the chair leaned against a wall.

Members of the audience then came to his aid. Although they were unable to stop the angry woman’s attack, they were able to take the guitar from him and prevented it from getting damaged.

Four students burn down principal's home with his family inside as revenge for being suspended from school

Four students set fire to their principal's house as revenge for being suspended from school.

Police in Idaho, are prepared to arrest four students after social media posts linked them to a fire that burned down their principal's house.

The students of the Payette High School, were disciplined by the principal and were suspended a week prior to the fire. Police said that all suspects are under 18 years old.

Principal Mark Heleker said that his wife Lorrie, who is a teacher, their 24-year-old daughter Katie Erwin, and the family pets, escaped the fire unharmed.

Police suspect that the students set fire to a trash can outside the garage before the home became engulfed in flames. The house and three cars that were parked in the driveway were badly burned.

Heleker’s son found that one student posted a Snapchat message, featuring the fire emoji and bragging statements after the fire, Payette Police Chief Mark Clark said.

Angry teenage boy shoots grandmother and two children because she woke him up for school

(Scroll down for video) A teenage boy shot his family members after his grandmother told him to get up for school.

The boy refused to get out of bed, and when his grandmother insisted, he finally got out and grabbed a gun.

Police in Tennessee, said that the 16-year-old boy became angry when his grandmother who repeatedly told him to get out of bed and get ready for school.

The boy of Nashville, still wanted to sleep. After getting annoyed with his grandmother, 67-year-old Earline Hill, the teen, who has not been named, grabbed a gun from his closet and shot her.

The teen also shot his 12-year-old sister and six-year-old nephew. His mother, Sheryl Williams, 42, and his 2-year-old sister, were also in the apartment, but they were not injured.

The three who were shot, were transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The 16-year-old boy fled from the house, but was soon arrested. The gun was also recovered. The teenager was charged with four counts of attempted homicide and one count of reckless endangerment. He is being held without bail.

Police officers order prison inmates to fight one another for their entertainment

While some prisons have a hard time stopping inmates from beating one another, in one prison, the officers were the ones instigating the fights.

Prison guards in San Francisco, California, are in trouble after it was discovered that they ordered inmates to beat one another up.

The officers were arrested for participating in a “fight club” in which they ordered jail inmates to pummel one another while the guards watched and enjoyed the “show.”

“Subjecting inmates who are in the care and custody of the state to degrading and inhumane treatment, makes a mockery of our justice system,” said attorney George Gascon.

The officers allegedly also forced inmates to do chores to earn food.

Police arrested Deputy Eugene A. Jones, Deputy Clifford T. Chiba, and Former Deputy Scott R. Neu.

Jones was charged with felony assault and failing to perform official duties. He faces 5 years in prison.

Chiba was charged with cruel punishment of prisoners and failure to perform an official duty. He faces 18 months in prison.

Neu was charged with assault, making criminal threats, cruelty to a prisoner and failing to perform an official duty. He faces more than 10 years in prison.

Father leaves his 1-year-old daughter alone in freezing cold car because he has a prosthetic foot

A father was arrested on a charge of child endangerment after allegedly leaving his little daughter alone in a freezing car because he has a prosthetic foot, police in Ohio said.

Richmond Heights police said that they have arrested the 28-year-old man, who was not identified, after they found his 1-year-old daughter and a dog alone in the car.

He was charged with one count of child endangerment.

According to the police, around 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, officers responded to the parking lot of the Planet Fitness located on Richmond Road, on a report of child and dog alone in a car.

Police waited next to the car until the father approached them.

When police asked him why he left the child and dog in the car, he said that he did not take the 13-month-old girl into the shopping center with him, because he has a prosthetic foot.

The car was unlocked with the key in the ignition. The temperature outside was 25 degrees. A witness said that the man was away from the car for more than an hour.

The child was handed over to the Lake County Child Protective Services. The girl was taken to a hospital for evaluation. She was later released to her grandfather.

The dog was removed by an animal control officer and will be in custody until a family member takes it.

Teen shoots his grandmother and 12-year-old sister after being told to get out of bed and go to school

(Scroll down for video) A teen was arrested on a charge of attempted homicide after allegedly shooting his grandmother, sister and nephew because he was told to get out of bed and go to school, police in Tennessee said.

The Nashville Police Department said that they have arrested the 16-year-old boy, who was not identified, after shooting his 67-year-old grandmother, his 12-year-old sister and 6-year-old nephew.

He also shot at his 42-year-old mother, Sheryl Williams, but she managed to get out of harm’s way. The teenager was charged with four counts of attempted homicide and one count of reckless endangerment.

According to the police investigation, around 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, a relative of the boy was trying to wake up the child inside his home at the Berkshire Place Apartments on Porter Road.

An argument broke out, and the boy ran to the closet, got a handgun and started shooting. The bullets hit his grandmother twice, and his sister and nephew were hit once.

The boy’s 2-year-old sister was home at the time of the shooting, but she was not hurt. The teenager then fled the house on foot and threw the gun into a nearby apartment.

The grandmother, Earline Hill, was taken to the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she is recovering, and the two children were being treated at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital.

5-year-old girl suffers from runny nose for 6 months after pushing safety pin up her nose

(Scroll down for video) A little girl in California, got rid of her runny nose after blowing out a safety pin from her nose.

Katelyn Powell of Hemet, said that her daughter, 5-year-old Khloe Russell, began suffering from a runny nose about six months ago.

Powell took her daughter to several doctors who thought that she suffered from a sinus infection. Russell was given antibiotics, but they did not work.

Powell and her daughter even went to a dentist, but the runny nose continued. On Saturday, Powell’s brother came by her home for a visit.

At some point, he told the girl to blow her nose very hard.

Suddenly, the safety pin just came out of her nose. The one and a half inch long safety pin was black and partially disintegrated.

Russell said that around six months ago, she found the safety pin on the floor. She stuffed it into her nose to see how far it would go.

She then thought that she dropped the pin, but it became lodged in her nose. Since the safety pin came out, the runny nose stopped.

(Scroll down for video) A police officer was arrested on a charge of official misconduct after allegedly stealing a roll of tape from the home of a domestic violence victim, police in South Carolina said.

The Richland County Sheriff’s Office said that they have arrested Officer Kaleb Broome, after being accused of stealing the roll tape, which is worth about 10 cents.

If convicted, Broome faces up to a year in jail. Broome has also been fired from the force. According to the police investigation, Broome and another officer responded to a domestic dispute.

While the female victim packed up her belongings to move out of the home, Broome looked around in the garage and took a roll of tape.

Broome then observed a map on a wall, and circled part of the name Nigeria, in an attempt to make out a racial slur. Broome’s partner urged him not to take the tape, but he ignored him.

The partner reported the incident to his superior.

Man who killed his mother tells judge to set him free because mother came back from the dead to say she dropped the charges

A man who was arrested on a charge of murder for killing his mother, told a judge to set him free because his mother came back from the dead to tell him that she has dropped the charges against him, according to court documents in the United Arab Emirates.

The 29-year-old man identified as N.L. of Sharjah, killed his 50-year-old mother, who was not identified, and kept her body in his apartment for 10 days before being arrested.

Police found the body of the dead woman in the defendant's apartment after he was arrested on a charge of assault for beating a supermarket worker.

During questioning, he admitted to killing his mother, claiming that God ordered him to kill because she was a witch.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.

A judge referred the suspects to the Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital for a mental health evaluation after he told the Sharjah Criminal Court that his mother came back from the dead to drop the charges.

Janitor kills woman who kicked his bucket of water while cleaning apartment building

A janitor was arrested on a charge of murder after allegedly killing a woman who kicked his bucket of water while he was cleaning an apartment building, police in the United Arab Emirates said.

Dubai police said that they have arrested the janitor, who was not identified, on Friday, after being accused of strangling the woman in her apartment on Thursday.

He was charged with one count of murder.

According to the police investigation, the janitor was mopping the floors of the apartment building around 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, when the woman kicked over his bucket of water.

The janitor became angry and decided to take revenge against the woman. He went to the woman’s apartment around 2:00 p.m., and he strangled her.

The victim was discovered by her roommate who came home that evening. The roommate called the police. Police said that the evidence at the scene pointed to the janitor.
