A Playboy model was arrested on a charge of attempted murder after luring her lover to a rival criminal gang in order to get him killed, police in Bosnia-Herzegovina said.

Now, 29-year-old Slobodanka Tosic of Sarajevo, has been sentenced to serve 2 and a half years in prison after being convicted of attempted murder.

According to the police investigation, Tosic lured her gang leading lover, Djordje Zdrale, to his rivals. Once there, the rival gangsters tried to kill him, but he managed to escape unharmed.

Tosic appeared on the cover of Playboy, and also participated in reality shows. She is a former Miss Bosnia. The assassination attempt was planned by Darko Elez, the leader of a rival criminal gang.

Elez was also seen going out on dates with Tosic. Tosic has also been linked to five murders and robberies.

Man waterboards his girlfriend because she spoke with another man on Facebook

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on a charge of battery after allegedly waterboarding his girlfriend because she spoke with another man on Facebook, police in Wisconsin said.

Merrill police said that they have arrested 22-year-old Dylan VanCamp, after being accused of torturing his girlfriend numerous times over a period of several months.

VanCamp was charged with suffocation, battery, and stalking.
He was booked into the Lincoln County jail. If convicted, VanCamp faces up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.

According to the police investigation, a month into their relationship, VanCamp began torturing his girlfriend after he caught her speaking with another man in Facebook.

The woman told police that she was unable to breathe and felt as if she was drowning. The jealous boyfriend then dragged his girlfriend to the bedroom, punched her in the head and put a knife to her face.

In other incidents, VanCamp threw a fork on her leg, and threatened her with a pair of pliers, saying that she should choose a tooth or a nail.

Family mistakes grandmother in casket for another woman after funeral home used too much makeup

(Scroll down for video) Family members in Washington DC, who came to their grandmother's funeral, were shocked to find another woman dressed in their loved one's clothes.

The family members of 83-year-old Virginia Gray, said that the Horton's Funeral Home, lost the body and decided to replace her with another woman.

The incident unfolded on Friday.

Gray lost consciousness in her home located on Dix Street NE, and was taken to the Prince George's Hospital Center, where she died.

Gray left behind a daughter, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

When the grandchildren arrived at the funeral home, the woman in the coffin was not Gray, but she was wearing clothes that they brought for her grandmother.

The Prince George's Hospital Center said that they are sure Gray was released to the funeral home.

The funeral home said that the body in the casket was Gray, but she looked different to her grandchildren because of the makeup and lighting.

The grandchildren called Gray’s doctor, who confirmed that the body was their grandmother.

(Scroll down for video) An elderly woman choked to death in her home after a medical alert necklace got entangled in her walker, leaving her suspended above the ground and cutting off the air and blood flow to her brain, police in Pennsylvania said.

The Cumberland County Coroner said that 86-year-old Roseann DiFrancesco, was found dead in her home by a nurse who came to help her out during the day.

The nurse walked into the home early on Monday, and looked around the house for the woman. When she walked into the bathroom, she found DiFrancesco on the floor.

According to the police investigation, the necklace became entangled in the walker, causing DiFrancesco to be suspended above the ground.

The position put pressure on her neck, and cut off her air and blood flow. The medical alert necklace did not have a breakaway feature.

Teen working at kindergarten in Austria attempts to marry ISIS fighter

A teen was arrested on a charge of terrorism after attempting to marry an ISIS fighter in Syria, police in Austria said.

Now, the 18-year-old woman, who was not identified, has been sentenced to serve six months in prison after being convicted of terrorism.

According to the police, the teenager of Vienna, was arrested along with a large group who were captured on the border between Romania and Bulgaria.

The woman told police that she was heading to Turkey, and planning to marry a young man. She refused to identify the young man.

However, investigators believed that the woman was planning to travel to Syria, and marry an ISIS fighter. The woman also discussed the objectives of the Islamic State in chat rooms on the Internet.

The woman was sentenced to six months in prison instead of three years sought by prosecutors because she was working as an assistant in a kindergarten and a longer sentence would have disrupted her job.

2-year-old girl sprays pepper spray in her eyes while playing under table next to her grandparents

A little girl was rushed to a hospital after spraying pepper spray in her eyes while playing under the living room table of her home, police in Austria said.

Herzogsdorf police said that the 2-year-old girl suffered from injuries to her eyes after finding her 29-year-old mother’s can of pepper spray and spraying it into her eyes.

The mother told police that she bought the can of pepper spray for protection, and her two-year-old daughter found it and played with it under the table, where her grandfather and grandmother were sitting.

The can was supposed to have been stored out of reach of the child, and it is unclear at this time how she got hold of it.

The girl broke the seal and then pressed the button.

The girl screamed in pain and then struggled to breathe. She was then taken by ambulance to a hospital, where she was treated and released.

(Scroll down for video) A flight attendant was arrested on a charge of destruction of aircraft after allegedly setting fire to a plane as it was flying to Detroit, Michigan, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) said.

The FBI Detroit Division announced the arrest of 23-year-old Johnathan Tafoya-Montano.

Tafoya-Montano was working as a flight attendant on an American Airlines flight that was traveling from Dallas, Texas, to Detroit.

During the flight, Tafoya-Montano reported a fire in a rear lavatory on the aircraft, and extinguished the flames.

After the fire was reported to the captain, the captain notified the control tower, and the aircraft, already on approach to land at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport, was granted emergency status.

The aircraft landed without incident, and all passengers and flight crew safely disembarked. An investigation revealed that Tafoya-Montano had set the fire himself, and he eventually admitted to doing so.

Tafoya-Montano has been charged with destruction of aircraft or aircraft facilities and false statements or entries generally.

He was released on bond with conditions. One of the conditions included a prohibition from flying without permission of the court.

Thief named Brady Loser arrested for drug possession after showing up with 2 different license plates in Walmart parking lot

A thief was arrested on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance after allegedly being in possession of drugs in a Walmart parking lot, police in California said.

Murrieta police said that they have arrested 48-year-old Brady Loser, after being accused of stealing items from Walmart.

Loser was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, commercial burglary, grand theft and possession of stolen property.

According to the police, officers responded to a caller at Murrieta Hot Springs and Madison, regarding a suspicious vehicle.

The Walmart loss prevention officer stated the vehicle in question matched the suspect’s vehicle in previous burglaries at several Walmart stores.

The officers noted there were two different license plates on the vehicle, neither of which belonged to the vehicle they had stopped.

The driver, Loser, gave officers permission to search the vehicle.

During the search, officers located narcotics paraphernalia as well as several brand new tools in the trunk. When questioned about the items in the trunk, Loser admitted to stealing them earlier in the day.

The loss prevention officer was able to identify Loser as the suspect in a previous burglary at Walmart. Loser was placed under arrest and booked into the Southwest Detention Center.

The stolen property was returned to the owner.

Man beats up girlfriend because she chatted with men on Facebook while he was in jail

A man was arrested on a charge of an assault after beating up his girlfriend because she chatted with other men on Facebook, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 22-year-old Stan Smith of Biggleswade, has been sentenced to serve three and a half years in jail after pleading guilty to assault.

According to the police investigation, Smith was in a short relationship with the woman. Their relationship came to an end, following incidents of violence by him towards her.

At the time the relationship ended, Smith was in prison, but when he was released, he met the woman at the home of friends.

At some point, Smith became angry after viewing the woman's Facebook account, seeing that she chatted with other men while he was in prison.

He grabbed her by the hair and assaulted her. He placed his hands around her throat and began to strangle her. As she struggled to breathe, she heard him say "Goodbye."

Smith then bit her on her hand, breaking the skin over her knuckle. Smith then pulled a knife from his pocket and held it at her chest.

The woman managed to run out of the house and hide.

Man sexually assaults woman who was stranded on the side of the road after her car got a flat tire

A man was arrested on a charge of sexual assault after sexually assaulting a woman who was stranded on the side of the road, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 37-year-old Robert Wright of Bedfordshire, has been sentenced to serve 4 years in jail after being convicted of sexual assault.

According to the police investigation, on the afternoon that the 40-year-old woman was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire, Wright approached her riding on his bicycle.

The woman could smell alcohol on Wright, and felt uncomfortable by his presence. She felt that he was getting too close to her and invading her personal space.

Wright said that he would try and help, but as the woman was reaching into the vehicle, she suddenly felt his arms reaching around her waist and his hand up her skirt.

The court heard that Wright then struggled with the woman as he tried to drag her into a field, but he did not expect her to put up such a fight and he was forced to flee from the scene.

He dropped his plastic lunchbox, which police used to track him down.

Man claims 9-year-old girl asked to have sex with him before he got her pregnant

A girl of the United Kingdom, chose to delay having an abortion in order to put a rapist tutor in jail.

A court in London, heard how 31-year-old Mohammed Islam of Bethnal Green, sexually assaulted the girl for five years since she was 9 years old.

The sexual assaults occurred when he was tutoring the girl.

When she turned 14 years old, Islam raped the girl and she became pregnant.

The girl did not immediately have an abortion, but rather waited until the fetus can be tested to determine who the father was.

After DNA evidence proved that Islam was the father, he was arrested for sexual assault. In court, Islam said that the girl initiated sex.

However, Judge Sarah Paneth said: “I do not accept that a 9-year-old child could possibly have instigated any sexual activity with you.”

The victim's father told the court that due to the sexual assault, his daughter is no longer considered a virgin and she will have a hard time getting married.

Islam was sentenced to 19 years in prison and he has to register as a sex offender.

Woman discovers her boyfriend married another woman when she was giving birth to his son

A woman was devastated after learning that her boyfriend married another woman while she had his baby.

24-year-old Heather McGillion of Scotland, was working as a hotel entertainer in the Dominican Republic.

There, she fell in love with her colleague, Adonis Rodriguez, 21,. Two began dating. After a year of dating, McGillion became pregnant with his child.

McGillion returned to Renfrewshire, to give birth due to pregnancy complications. While she was having her baby, her boyfriend married another woman named Julia.

McGillion found a Facebook post, showing her boyfriend with a woman in a wedding gown. McGillion said that she was horrified and called Rodriguez. All he said was “I am sorry,” according to McGillion.

Rodriguez admitted that he was in a relationship with Julia behind McGillion’s back. He said that he met Julia, who is from Germany, while she was vacationing at the hotel.

McGillion, who is devastated over the situation, said that she still wants her son, Diego, to have a relationship with his father.

She moved back to the Dominican Republic to be closer to her child’s father despite the fact that he is now married to another woman.

Rodriguez agreed to be a part of his son’s life.

Man charged with insulting the modesty of women by exposing himself to girls

A man was arrested for insulting the modesty of women by exposing himself.

Police in Malaysia, arrested 26-year-old Mohamad Bukhari Mat Jusoh of Kampung Pauh, after being accused of exposing his private parts in public.

According to police, Jusoh, who is single, stood in front of the Tomato Cafe on Jalan Kebun Sultan Street, where he exposed his private parts to women under the age of 23.

He allegedly committed the offense about 7:40 p.m.

Jusoh was arrested on charges of insulting the modesty of women and sexual harassment. He pleaded not guilty to the charge before Magistrate Majistret Nik Habri Muhamad.

He was released after posting RM 5,000 (about $1,200) bail.

2-year-old boy falls out of grandfather’s van before getting up and running after the vehicle

(Scroll down for video) A two year old boy of China, is lucky to be alive after falling out of his grandfather’s car on a busy road.

Video of the incident, shows the child falling from the back of the van and then running after the vehicle.

The grandfather did not realize that the child was missing until someone notified him about the incident. Other cars were seen passing the child, but luckily, the child was not hurt.

The incident occurred near Wujiang, Jiangsu, when the grandfather stopped at a traffic light and the back door suddenly opened.

As the vehicle began moving again, the 2-year-old fell out and landed on the road. The child was seen standing up and running after the vehicle.

Du Xiuli, who saw the child alone on the busy road, rescued him and handed him over to his grandfather, Yang Defu.

Yang said that the back of his van had been damaged by a collision that occurred a few weeks earlier.

Man breaks into store for pack of cigarettes and holds up money to security camera to prove payment for it

A man broke into a store to get a pack of cigarettes, but he did not steal it.

Instead, he left the money on the counter.

New Mexico police arrested the man who was accused of entering the convenience store and leaving behind $6 for the pack of cigarettes.

24-year-old Ellis C. Battista of Las Cruces, was charged with a felony breaking and entering.

Battista went to the 24-hour convenience store about 3:30 a.m. To his disappointed, the store employee was not there and the door was locked.

Battista broke the door and took his favorite pack of cigarettes. He then took out $6 to pay for the item. Battista raised the money to the surveillance camera to prove that he paid, and left the store.

Police said that the surveillance camera also showed Battista knocking on the front door several times in an apparent attempt to get someone to open it.

When nobody responded, he kicked the door in and broke it. A witness called 911. Damage to the door is estimated at $800.

Battista was arrested and was transported to jail.
