(Scroll down for video) A Marriott hotel in Tennessee, has been ordered to pay millions of dollars to a woman who was recorded taking of her clothes in a room.
37-year-old Erin Andrews, who works as a reporter for Fox news, has been awarded $55 million after the nude video went viral on the Internet.
In court, West End Hotel Partners, the owner of the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University, was found to be 49 percent at fault, and was ordered to give Andrews $26 million.
54-year-old Michael David Barrett, who recorded the nude video by planting a hidden camera in the room's peephole, was ordered to pay Andrews $28 million.
Barrett was found guilty of stalking Andrews, and was sentenced to serve two and a half years in prison. According to the police investigation, Barrett managed to book the room next to Andrews at the Marriott.
He then altered the peephole in order to record Andrews taking off her clothes. Barrett then uploaded the video to the Internet, where it went viral.
