Police are looking to arrest a man on a charge of voyeurism after allegedly dressing as a ninja and pleasuring himself outside the home of girls, police in Washington said.
Seattle police released photos of the suspect and are hoping that resident will help them identify the masked man caught on camera exposing himself outside homes.
Police first received a report of the man’s lewd behavior on January 10th after a girl called 911 and said that she had just seen the suspect pleasuring himself outside the front door of her home near NE 52nd Street and 12th Avenue NE.
Officers searched the area, but were unable to find the suspect.
A little less than a month later, on February 7th, a surveillance camera outside the home captured the suspect, who covered himself head to toe in dark clothing, a hood and toe shoes.
The residents of the home, who are students at the nearby University of Washington, say they have heard suspicious sounds outside their house on several occasions, and detectives believe the suspect may have gone to the home as many as four times since November 2015.
