The man of St. Augustine, Florida, said that he took offense with the message as he has two sisters who suffer from type 1 diabetes.

The customer, who was not identified, ordered a white chocolate mocha in a 16-ounce cup, which has 470 calories when made with 2 percent milk.

When the customer got his cup, he noticed the strange message written on the label. In response, the customer wrote back that the message is not funny because he has two sisters who struggle with type 1 diabetes.

Starbucks has since apologized for the incident. However, the customer said that he did not need an apology. All he wants is assurances that this will not happen to another customer.

Bar owner uses pliers to pull out tooth of employee as a joke

The owner of a bar was arrested on a charge of inflicting injury after allegedly using pliers to pull out a tooth of an employee as a joke, police in Japan said.

Hokkaido police said that they have arrested 26-year-old Hiroki Tsuchiya, after being accused of abusing his 40-year-old employee in front of other workers.

Tsuchiya was charged with one count of inflicting injury.

According to the police investigation, after the employee complained about a cavity in his tooth, Tsuchiya took pliers and used it to remove a tooth from the lower jaw.

Tsuchiya told investigators that he and the employee were joking around and the tooth was loose. Police are investigating whether the employee was regularly abused by his boss.

Man knocks himself unconscious by climbing onto speeding fire truck and falling off head first into the ground

(Scroll down for video) Police launched an investigation after a man knocked himself unconscious by falling off a fire truck that responded to an emergency, police in Australia said.

The Melbourne Fire Department said that around 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, firefighters were speeding down Victoria Street, on the way to a fire.

Suddenly, the man, who was not identified, ran in front of the fire truck and refused to move. He then forcibly pulled off a wiper blade.

The man then hit the windshield several times with the wiper blade. The fire truck moved around the man, and sped to the scene of the fire.

When the fire truck returned to the station, firefighters saw the same man lying on the hood of a car on Victoria Street. They stopped to check on him.

The man then renewed his attack and climbed onto the roof of the fire truck. Firefighters returned to the truck and locked the doors.

The man then slipped from the fire truck and fell headfirst onto the ground, knocking himself unconscious. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

So far, no charges have been filed as the man is in critical condition.

Refugee forces 13-year-old girl to have sex with him in the woods numerous times

A refugee was arrested on a charge of rape after allegedly luring a teenage girl to the woods where he had sex with her numerous times, police in Austria said.

Korneuburg police said that the refugee came to the country from Afghanistan, several months ago.

According to the police investigation, the 13-year-old girl first contacted the refugee on a social media site. The two exchanged messages that became increasingly flirtatious and more frequent.

Eventually, they agreed to meet in a wooded area, where the 20-year-old man, who was not identified, pressured the girl to have sex.

The man threatened the girl, but did not use any violence. After he forced the girl to have sex, the abuse continued, and the man forced her to meet him again.

Over three months, the refugee repeatedly raped the girl. The abuse came to light after the girl suffered a psychotic episode.

She told her parents what happened, and they called the police.

Eye doctor charged with manslaughter after 8-year-old patient died of swelling in his brain

An eye doctor was arrested on a charge of manslaughter after allegedly failing to notice a condition that caused a little boy to die, police in the United Kingdom said.

Suffolk police said that they have arrested 34-year-old Honey Rose, after 8-year-old Vincent Barker died as a result of swelling in the brain.

Rose was charged with one count of manslaughter by gross negligence. If convicted, Rose faces up to life in prison.

According to the police investigation, Rose was working as an eye doctor at a store in Ipswich, where Barker came for a check up.

Prosecutors told the court that Barker suffered from papilledema, an inflammation of the optic nerve due to increased pressure in the skull.

Rose was supposed to raise a red flag following an internal examination of the eyes, which is a standard procedure during an exam.

Barker died after falling ill at the Dale Hall Elementary School.

He suffered from a large buildup of fluid in the brain.

Child services returns children to mother who killed her baby who had cocaine and alcohol in his blood

People in the United Kingdom, are angry after learning the child services decided to hand over several children to the custody of their mother despite the fact that she killed her baby by falling asleep on top of him while drunk.

The 5-month-old boy was found dead after being kept in disturbing conditions in his parents’ home located in Coventry.

According to the police investigation, the boy identified in court documents as Child E, died after his mother fell asleep on top of him following a night of drinking alcoholic beverages.

The mother was woken up by another child who was screaming the baby’s name. The baby was brought to the Coventry’s University Hospital, where doctors found dirt in his ears, armpits and fingernails.

He was pronounced dead on arrival. The baby died as a result of asphyxiation. Traces of cocaine and alcohol were found in the child’s blood.

The parents were not charged in connection with the child’s death despite the fact that both have a history of alcohol and drug abuse.

Investigators said that there was also evidence of possible neglect and domestic violence.

However, after the mother expressed her passionate commitment to the children and their welfare, she was handed over custody of her three children who were removed from the home following the death of the baby.

The mother admitted that her previous behavior were not ideal, and she has made great efforts to change her lifestyle.

A customer who bought a loaf of bread at a bakery, was shocked to find a perfectly good pair of eyeglasses baked into the food.

The customer, who was not identified, took a photo of the weird sight, and uploaded the image to the Internet, where it went viral.

People are trying to understand how the baker did not realize that his glasses fell off his face as he was about to out the loaves of bread into the oven, but so far, it is not known how this happened.

The image that was uploaded to Reddit by mylovebox, has received more than 1 million views in just 24 hours. The uploader said: “A baker lost something in this bread. I wonder if he noticed or not.”

The lenses of the eyeglasses were partially melted due to the heat of the oven.

Woman burns down her rented home because she found a bug crawling on the floor

A woman was arrested on a charge of arson after allegedly setting fire to her rented home because she found a bug, police in West Virginia said.

Barbour County police said that they have arrested 65-year-old Sandra Kay Ward, after being accused of intentionally setting her home on fire because she was mad at her landlord.

Ward was charged with one count of arson. She was booked into the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, and her bail was set at $20,000.

According to the police investigation, firefighters responded to the scene of the fire in the mobile home located at 10 Mile Road.

During an interview with an investigator, Ward said that she found a cockroach earlier in the morning, and got mad at the landlord.

She was upset with the owner because it was the fourth or fifth cockroach she had found since moving into the home. Ward set fire to papers and carpet that were on the floor of the kitchen.

She also placed a basket in front of the bathtub and set it on fire. She then set fire to her bed along the wall.

A woman of New Jersey, was shocked to discover that her boyfriend is gay and set her home on fire.

The mother of two children set fire to her apartment after discovering that her boyfriend is gay and he is in relationships with other men, according to her attorney Caroline Turner.

Police were called to the first block of North Gouverneur Avenue and found 25-year-old Lakishette Williams, inside her apartment while two fires were burning in separate rooms, Lt. Stephen Varn said.

Williams was arrested on a charge of aggravated arson.

Investigators said that they found evidence that the first fire was set on a stovetop in the kitchen, where they discovered remnants of charred paper on a burner.

They also found broken glass and more burning papers in the living room along with an aerosol can nearby, prosecutors said.

The woman's attorney said that she was not trying to set the apartment on fire. She was just burning love letters from her boyfriend after learning about his sexuality.

A judge set Williams' bail at $35,000.

Police officer drinks poison in court after being convicted of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl

A retired police officer was treated for poisoning after he was convicted of sexually assaulting a child.

The former officer of Georgia, who was found guilty of sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl, drank the poison in court as the verdict was announced, officials said.

58-year-old Kelless Twohearts Lory of Stone Mountain, was convicted of two counts of aggravated child abuse and two counts of child molestation in DeKalb County Court.

While the jury read the verdict, Lory began drinking from a bottle, which seemed to be an over the counter vitamin. However, it was soon discovered that the content was a poisonous liquid.

Lory was transported to the Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment, and he survived.

Lory has not yet been sentenced, but he is facing two life terms plus 40 years in prison for sexually abusing his 9-year-old
family member.

Student beats up stranger’s car because his vehicle caused him trouble

A university student was arrested after assaulting a car while he was drunk.

Police were called for an altercation between a man and a Ford Taurus on the Winona State University campus in Minnesota.

Winona police said that at 7:40 p.m., officers found Mikhail Igorevich Belenkiy, 19, of Howard Lake, punching, kicking and screaming at a blue Ford Taurus that was parked on King Street.

When asked about his bizarre behavior, Belenkiy told officers that he was upset with his car because it gave him trouble.

Belenkiy was found to be intoxicated. A breathalyzer test showed that he had a .197 blood alcohol content level.

He was cited for underage consumption of alcohol. In addition, police learned that although Belenkiy has a blue Ford Taurus, the vehicle he assaulted did not belong to him.

Belenkiy caused about $1,886 worth of damage to the car, resulting in a felony charge of first-degree criminal damage to property.

Man shoots girlfriend in head in front of her children because he was fed up with fighting

A man shot and killed his girlfriend because he was fed up of fighting with her.

Police in Alabama, said that the mother of three children was killed in front of her children during an incident of domestic violence.

38-year-old Jody Marie Watson was shot dead inside the home shared with her boyfriend in Jefferson County.

Jeremy Hardin, 39, was arrested and his bond was set at $50,000. He has not yet been charged with the crime.

Police said that Hardin called 911 on Thursday, and said that he shot his girlfriend. At the same time of his 911 call, a second call came in from a neighbor who said that Watson’s two children came to ask them to call for help because her mother had been shot.

The children who witnessed the shooting are 7 and 10 years old. When police arrived at 3:30 p.m., they found Watson dead on the kitchen floor.

Chief Deputy Randy Christian said that the children were not injured and were placed in the custody of a family member.

Watson’s oldest son was in school at the time of the incident. Hardin is not the father of the children.

Christian said that the two children who witnessed the shooting, said that Hardin came up to their mother from behind and shot her in the head.

Hardin reportedly told police that they had a history of fighting and he just wanted it to end it.

The couple was known to police as officers have responded to the home on three previous occasions for domestic violence incidents with the latest reportedly taking place less than one month ago.

Woman dies in Staples bathroom after inhaling 10 stolen cans of aerosol spray

(Scroll down for video) A woman was found dead in a Staples bathroom after allegedly stealing numerous cans of aerosol spray and inhaling them, police in Pennsylvania said.

Philadelphia police said that the incident unfolded in the Staples located in the 7700 block of Germantown Avenue on Friday night.

A store clerk told investigators that he observed the woman enter the bathroom around 9:30 p.m.

When she failed to come out of the bathroom for three house, managers forced open the door and found her lying on the floor unconscious.

They immediately called the police, who arrived at the scene and observed 10 empty cans of aerosol spray on the floor of the bathroom.

The 36-year-old woman, who was not identified, had two full cans of aerosol spray in her purse. All cans were stolen from the store.

The woman inhaled the cans of spray despite a warning on the label that doing so can be fatal.

Hungry dog suffers serious burns after jumping onto stove to retrieve piece of leftover meat

A hungry pet dog burned down its owner’s house after jumping onto a stove to get a piece of leftover meat while it was home alone, firefighters in Texas said.

The Austin Fire Department said that the dog caused a lot of damage to the structure of the home after starting a fire by climbing onto the stove to retrieve a piece of barbecue meat.

According to the investigation, Bentley, the Labrador retriever, was alone in the house around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, when it accidentally turned on the stove, causing an out of control fire.

The dog was rescued from the house and resuscitated by firefighters. The fire caused $75,000 in damage to the two-story house and $25,000 in damage to the contents of the home.

Two people were displaced as a result of the fire. The dog was sent to a veterinary hospital, and is said to be in serious condition.

Man kicks woman’s pet pig outside Starbucks coffee shop

A man was arrested after being accused of kicking a pet pig that was being walked on a leash by a woman outside a coffee shop, police in Indiana said.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said that they have arrested the 61-year-old man, who was not identified, after being accused of kicking the pig outside a Starbucks.

He was booked into jail on an outstanding warrant related to trespassing, and his bail was set at $150.

According to the police, officers responded to a disturbance call outside the Starbucks coffee shop located in the 400 block of Massachusetts Avenue on Sunday afternoon.

Officers who arrived at the scene found that a 61-year-old man sitting on a bench outside the Starbucks. The owner of the pig said that when she walked near the man, he kicked her pet.

The pig was not injured.

Man horrified to wake up in dentist chair with no teeth after being told that only four teeth will be removed

(Scroll down for video) A man in Indiana, vowed to hire an attorney to sue a dental clinic after waking up in the dentist chair with no teeth despite being told that only four teeth will be removed.

Donny Grisby of Columbus, said that he went to the White River Dental, after suffering from tooth pain.

He was told that he had an infection and four teeth will be removed, but when he woke up in the dentist chair following the procedure, he was shocked to learn that the doctor pulled out all his teeth.

His wife Amanda, said that after sitting several hours in the waiting room without her husband coming out of the dentist chair, she demanded answers.

She was told that the doctor decided to remove all her husband's teeth. Amanda said that the doctor told her that the infection could have spread if all the teeth were not pulled.

When Donny was wheeled out of the dentist’s room, he had blood all over his body. His shirt was stained with blood, and he did not respond.

Amanda called an ambulance, and her husband was taken to the Columbus Regional Hospital. Donny said that he is extremely embarrassed to have no teeth.

He still suffers from blood clots as a result of the procedure.

The couple plans to have an attorney file a malpractice lawsuit.

Man arrested while driving his car he reported stolen after being too drunk to locate it

A man was pulled over by police in a car that he reported stolen.

The man of Wisconsin, who called police to report that his car had been stolen, forgot to call them back when he found the vehicle.

Brian Primm, 39, was pulled over when police found the “stolen” car with him behind the wheel.

Primm was driving his Mercedes-Benz, which he reported stolen when he went outside and was unable to locate it.

Primm was arrested after police found that he was driving drunk. According to court records, this is Primm’s fourth drunk driving offense.

Primm was arrested around 1:45 a.m., after he was spotted by a UW-Madison police officer driving more than 40 mile-per-hour in a 25 mph zone.

Police realized that this car was reported stolen at 1:00 a.m. Officers were ready to make a high risk traffic stop, thinking the car was stolen. However, the soon realized that the man who reported the car stolen, was driving it.

When asked why he did not to call the police to let them know that he found his vehicle, he shrugged his shoulder, but did not respond.

A woman who was arrested for prostitution, is facing a host of charges, which may include a civil rights violation.

The young mother’s secret life of prostitution, was exposed when she was arrested by police in South Carolina.

26-year-old Kristen Perry of Augusta, Georgia, seemed to have it all. According to her Facebook page, she has two small children and she lists her relationship status as “engaged.”

However, she now faces 21 counts of prostitution after detectives found a series of ads for her services as an escort.

She offered sex with strangers for between $100 and $200, depending on the amount of time the person wants to spend with her.

Some ads included photos of a woman’s private parts and breasts along with a phone number that belonged to Perry, police said.

According to police, in one ad, Perry wrote: “Ready to meet gentlemen, must be white or donations will be higher.” She asked for $100 for a quick visit, $150 for a half hour, and $200 for an hour.

She may now face civil rights violation charges over her racist ad.

Clever bank robbers wrap themselves in aluminum foil to avoid alarms

Bank robbers got away without being caught after covering themselves in aluminum foil, police in Brazil said.

Police are searching for two bank robbers who were wrapped in aluminum foil in a bizarre but clever attempt to avoid the alarm system.

They men covered themselves with foil from head to toe. Their ploy worked, and the security alarms did not go off as the burglars entered the bank.

However, the company had surveillance videos at their headquarters that monitored the activity in the bank.

The bank's security team detected motion in the branch, which is located in Santa Catarina.

Armed police officers were dispatched to the location. An accomplice who is believed to have been acting as a lookout, was arrested, but the two men whose faces were hidden under the aluminum foil, escaped, but they did not manage to steal any money.

The police released photos of the men who crawled on the floor of the bank, hoping that someone will recognize them. However, they admit that it would not be easy to recognize them since they were covered with foil.

The pair left several objects at the scene during their rush to get away, including torches that they planned to use to force the safe open.

Police were unable to locate the aluminum foil. The men fled the scene in a white sports car.
