Group of chefs bake record breaking one mile long pizza pie

(Scroll down for video) A group of chefs in Italy, recorded a new world record by baking a pizza pie that measured more than a mile long.

The pizza was displayed along the seafront in Naples.

One hundred chefs collaborated to create the pizza that measured 1,853.88 meters or 6082.2 feet. The Guinness World Record has confirmed that this was the longest pizza ever baked.

The pizza included 4,400 pounds of flour, 3,527 pounds of tomatoes, and 4,010 pounds of cheese. The chefs also used more than 50 gallons of oil.

During the event called “L’Unione Fa La Pizza,” the chefs spent 11 hours preparing the mile-long pizza. Once the world record was confirmed, spectators were allowed to eat the pizza.

Whatever was left over, has been given to the Red Cross and was distributed to the poor. Previously, the longest pizza measured 5,234 feet and 4.8 inches, which was created by La Pizza+1 in Milan.

Sleep walker walks out of her hotel and into street completely naked

Police were called after people saw a woman walking out of her hotel room completely naked, according to police in the United Kingdom.

Manchester police said that the incident unfolded on Saturday night, and they were called to the scene when people on the street outside of the hotel saw the woman walking completely naked.

Police officers who arrived at the scene on Chorlton Street, offered the woman a blanket to cover herself. She woke up and laughed about the situation.

She thanks the officers for the help, and apologized. Police determined that the woman suffered from sleepwalking. No charges have been filed.

“Officers just helped someone who sleepwalked out of her hotel with absolutely no clothes on, onto Chorlton Street. We checked with officers and this was a case of proper somnambulism, not a dare. The woman was grateful for our help and she saw the funny side of herself,” the Manchester police wrote on Twitter.

Friends force 17-year-old girl to be their sex slave by threatening to publish gang rape video on the Internet

Six teens including a girl were arrested on a charge of rape after allegedly keeping a 17-year-old girl as their sex slave by threatening to publish a gang rape video on the Internet, according to police in Malaysia.

Pulau Tioman police said that they have arrested the six suspects, who were not identified, after being accused of abusing the girl over a period of several months.

The abuse began earlier this year, when the girl fell unconscious following a night of heavy drinking. The six teens then took turns raping the girl her.

The rape was recorded, and the teens used the video to keep the girl as their sex slave by threatening to publish it if she refuses to comply with their orders.

The victim was afraid from her father so she decided to continue having sex with the teens.

The abuse came to light after one of the teens published the gang rape video on the Internet, and the girl’s teacher saw it and called the police.

Model kills boyfriend who came home and showed off new younger girlfriend

A model was arrested on charge of murder after allegedly killing her boyfriend because he came home with a younger woman, according to police in Spain.

26-year-old Mayka Marica Kukucova of Estepona, allegedly fired three shot at 48-year-old Andrew Bush, killing him.

Bush, who was originally from the United Kingdom, sold his jewelry business for millions of dollars before moving to the country with Kukucova.

In court, Kukucova pleaded not guilty to one charge of murder, saying that she shot her boyfriend in self defense as he pointed a gun at her.

According to the police investigation, Kukucova shot Bush three times, after he returned home with his new girlfriend, 20-year-old Maria Korotaeva.

Kukucova was dressed in sexy lingerie and waited for her boyfriend in the bedroom before realizing that Bush no longer loved her.

Camel rips owner’s head off after being left in the heat all day

The owner of a camel was decapitated after the animal was left out in the heat all day, according to police in India.

Rajasthan police said that the camel ripped off the head of its owner, 75-year-old Urjaram Meghwal.

According to the police investigation, the camel had its feet tied all day and left out in the heat. When the owner came near it, the animal attacked him.

Urjaram’s cousin, 55-year-old Pala Ram Meghwal, revealed that the camel had been left outside since the Saturday morning.

Late in the day, Urjaram said told his family members that he is going to get the camel. When he didn’t return, the family members went out to look for him.

They found the decapitated body of Urjaram lying near the camel. Urjaram also suffered injuries to his entire body. The camel had attacked people twice before, Pala said.

A Veterinary professor said that prolonged exposure to heat and lameness in the legs, cause camels to get really upset.

There is also a possibility that the camel contracted rabies. Family members said that they want to execute the camel, but the government has outlawed camel slaughter last year.

Urjaram left behind three sons, four daughters and several grandchildren. Pala is trying to sell the animal.

(Scroll down for video) A young man in New York, was left with a hole in his tongue after an electronic cigarette exploded in his mouth.

Kenneth Barbero of Albany, said that he was vaping the electronic cigarette when the handheld device exploded in his face.

The explosion caused his teeth to break, and blew a hole in his tongue. His hands were also burned. Barbero believes that the battery caused the explosion.

After the battery exploded, the liquid inside shot out and burned everything. Experts recommend using only the batteries and charging accessories that come with the device.

They also advise against placing electronic cigarettes in pants pockets, since coins can rub against them and interfere with the lithium ion battery.

Two hungry children run away from parents’ home filled with porn magazines and no food

(Scroll down for video) The parents of two children were arrested on a charge of child neglect after allegedly endangering their children by not feeding them, according to police in Florida.

Jacksonville police said that they have arrested 44-year-old James Kirkland and 43-year-old Angela Carroll, after their two children went to a neighbor's house and asked for food.

They were each charged with one count of child neglect.

According to the police investigation, on Tuesday, Kirkland and Carroll started fighting and throwing objects in front of their two children.

The children went to a nearby house, and the homeowner called police.

The neighbor told police that the children had not been to school in over a month, and the children beg for food because they were hungry.

Police inspect the couple’s house, and found that there was no fridge, stove, water or food. Police found more than 500 pornographic magazines at the home.

The kids’ room was covered with clothes, papers, trash and cockroaches.

Coal company executive shot and killed in cemetery while visiting grave of loved one

(Scroll down for video) A coal company executive was shot and killed in a cemetery while visiting the grave of a loved one, according to police in West Virginia.

The Mingo County Sheriff’s Office said that Ben Hatfield, was found around 6:30 a.m. on Monday, at the Mountain View Memorial Garden Cemetery.

According to the police investigation, Hatfield was visiting the grave of a family member when he was shot and killed.

Evidence at the scene ruled out suicide. Police are looking for the shooter, but so far, he remains at large. The victim was reported missing by his girlfriend on Sunday afternoon, after he did not return home.

Police found Hatfield’s body by tracing his cellphone signal. His car was found parked nearby. Hatfield was the CEO of the International Coal Group.

Man killed after his car ran him over while fleeing from hit and run incident

(Scroll down for video) A man was found dead underneath his car behind a Toys “R” Us store after being involved in a hit and run incident, according to police in Florida.

Daytona Beach police said that the car fitting the description of the one involved in the hit and run incident on Saturday night, was found on Sunday morning.

Police Chief Mike Chitwood said that there was a hit and run incident around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, on Beville Road near Woodcrest Drive.

Bystanders described the driver as a white man. No one was injured in the incident, but the car suffered considerable damage.

Around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, a customer at Toys “R” Us located about 3 miles away from the site of the hit and run, saw the badly damaged car and the body of the suspect underneath it.

Investigators believe that the man was trying to fix his vehicle when it drove over him. Investigators do not believe that foul play was involved.

Husband kills his naked wife before putting her into shopping cart and wheeling her around in the street

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on a charge of murder after allegedly killing his wife before putting her into a shopping cart and wheeling her around in the street, according to police in New York.

The New York Police Department said that they have arrested 31-year-old Anthony Lopez of Staten Island, after being accused of killing his wife, 26-year-old Aduba Obiamaka.

Lopez has been charged with one count of murder and one count of concealing a human corpse. According to the police investigation, Lopez killed his wife before undressing her.

He then placed her into a shopping cart and wheeled her around in the street on Friday morning. When questioned by an officer, he left the body and fled.

Paramedics pronounced the woman dead at the scene.

2-year-old boy hospitalized after his mother sat on his head for one hour to make him submissive

(Scroll down for video) A mother was arrested after her child fell unconscious when she sat on his head for one hour.

The woman was arrested after police in Georgia, said she sat on the head of her 2-year-old son for an hour in order to make him submissive.

36-year-old Susan Elizabeth Kelley is accused of placing a towel on the seat of a wooden dining room chair before she put the child’s head on it.

She then proceeded to sit on the child's head, according to court documents. Kelley sat on the child's head with her full body weight for about one hour.

She allegedly told authorities that she did so to get the child to be submissive.

When the boy became unconscious, he was taken to a hospital. Doctors called police after seeing the boy with redness on the head, chest and back.

The boy is expected to make a full recovery.

Kelley was arrested on a charge of first-degree cruelty to a child.

She was booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center. She was released after posting $55,220 bond.

Inmate manages to escape before returning with vehicle to pick up fellow inmates

A prisoner in Alaska, seems to very caring as he was not concerned about his freedom, but that of other inmates.

Alaska State Troopers were called to the Fairbanks' North Star Center correctional facility about 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, on a report of an inmate who escaped.

The investigation revealed that 20-year-old Joshua Yaska, had escaped from the minimum security prison.

He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a sweatshirt, and riding a bicycle away from the facility.

However, at 4:20 a.m., Yaska returned to the correctional facility in a silver Isuzu SUV, and he attempted to help other inmates escape.

While in the North Star Center parking lot, Yaska attempted to strike an employee with his vehicle. Staff members were told not to physically restrain inmates.

At this time, Yaska’s whereabouts are unknown.

Yaska was in state custody while awaiting trial for charges of misdemeanor theft and making a false report, according to online court records.

When he failed to attend his court appearance, a judge issued an arrest warrant. He now faces additional charges of Escape in the fourth degree and Assault in the third degree.

Female university lecturer dies while climbing Mount Everest to prove that ‘vegans can do anything’

A woman who wanted to prove to the world that “vegans can do anything,” failed in her mission and died.

34-year-old Maria Strydom, who is a lecturer at the Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, died on Saturday, of altitude sickness.

Strydom was forced to return to the last camp before the summit on the mountain on Friday, after spending the night, but died from lack of oxygen the next day.

Strydom, who is an experienced climber, was with her husband Robert Gropel. He was also sick, but he is recovering.

Dr. Strydom told people how she and her husband wanted to dispel the popular belief that vegans were “weak or malnourished,” by climbing on Mount Everest in Nepal.

“By climbing the seven summits, we wanted to prove that vegans can do anything and more,” Strydom said during an interview with the university where she worked.

Burglar leaves signed note behind saying he robbed home because owner refused to lend him $2

A silly burglar was busted after leaving a note with his name and motive for the robbery.

Police in Texas, had an easy time finding the suspect after he left a note in the apartment of an acquaintance, explaining why he robbed the victim.

Police arrested 56-year-old Mark Kenady, after the homeowner found his home burglarized. His flat screen television, $50 cash and other items were missing from his home.

The man found a broken window, where the suspect gained entry.

Kenady left a handwritten note on the kitchen counter, saying that the theft was an act of revenge because the victim refused to lend him $2 the night before.

The suspect signed the note “Mark Kenady.” He was arrested after police compared the signature to that of his driver’s license.

Kenady was booked in the Travis County Jail, on a charge of burglary of a habitation. Bail was set at $20,000.

Man jumps into lion enclosure and attempts to shake hands with animals

(Scroll down for video) A man was is lucky to be alive after he managed to get into an enclosure of lions to shake hands with the animals.

The 35-year-old drunk man, who was identified as Mukesh of Rajasthan, India, went through the enclosure of the African lions despite warnings by the security staff, Shivani Dogra of the Nehru Zoological Park said.

Many visitors to the zoo witnessed the act and recorded it. People were heard on video screaming for Mukesh to get out, but he entered a lake and swam close to the lions.

Fortunately, the lions were weary of the man and they did not approach him.

Mukesh stuck his hand out and attempted to shake hands with the lions, but they did not react.

Mukesh eventually returned to safety and was unharmed.

Bahadurpura police arrested Mukesh on charges of trespassing.

Man humiliated after parachute marriage proposal went horribly wrong and his woman was not impressed

A man was humiliated in public after his marriage proposal failed miserably.

The man of Yichang, China, set up an elaborate marriage proposal, using a parachute, flowers and balloons.

However, things went wrong after he became entangled in a tree. The man rented a parachute, and he wrote “Gou Hongyun, marry me,” on it in an attempt to propose to his girlfriend.

Things went well until a gust of wind blew the parachute into a tree. The man was caught in the branches and he spent almost an hour suspended in the air.

Firefighters finally arrived on the scene with a crane and brought him down. Other than a deflated ego, the man did not suffer any injuries.

After the incident, the man continued with his proposal. The man lovingly placed balloons that spelled out “I love you,” in front of bushes.

He placed a huge bouquet of roses into the woman’s hand, he got down on one knee and asked his girlfriend to marry him.

The woman refused to answer his question and instead, she turned her back to him and walked away, leaving him humiliated and rejected.

Student with cerebral palsy surprises everyone by walking for first time during graduation

Micah McDade reached his goal of graduating as a senior at the Okmulgee High School.

However, he had another goal, which was to walk for the first time while getting his diploma.

McDade who was born with cerebral palsy, decided it wasn't enough for him to just receive his diploma, he wanted to get out of his wheelchair and physically walk across the stage.

McDade worked hard to accomplish this goal, and after months of grueling practice, the big moment came, and McDade rose to the challenge.

He got out of his wheelchair, took his walker and began slowly walking down the stage. Everyone who witnessed the touching moment, erupted in cheers and applauded the young man for his accomplishments.

Domino’s Pizza apologizes for man’s testicles on pizza

Domino’s Pizza was quick to apologize to a customer who complained over a man’s testicles on his pizza.

The customer of the United Kingdom, posted a photo of the pizza with a man’s testicles on it, and he said that he received an “uncooked meatball” on his pie.

After apologizing, Domino’s learned that they were fooled by prankster Ciaran Jarrett, who tricked them into apologizing over his prank.

Jarrett wrote on the company's Twitter page: “Why is there an uncooked meatball on my pepperoni passion, Fuming?”

“Whoever cooked this deserves to be sacked,” he added.

Jarrett attached a photo of his friend Steve, resting one of his testicles on the pepperoni pizza.

Domino's quickly apologized and said: “Sorry about that, have you told the store about this?”

Pizza fans could not get enough of the awkward exchange and the post went viral.

After the photo went viral, Jarrett’s friend Steve wrote: “Over one million people have seen my left testicle.”
