9 refugees drug tourist before dragging her to their home where they gang raped her

A group of refugees were arrested on a charge of rape after they allegedly drugged a tourist before they ganged roped her in their apartment, according to police in Austria.

Vienna police said that they have arrested nine men of Iraq, aged between 21 and 47, after they were accused of drugging and raping the woman of Germany.

According to the police investigation, the nine men all filed for asylum. Some of them have been granted asylum while the others are still awaiting their decision.

One night, the group were spending time outside, where they spotted the young tourist who was intoxicated. They slipped a drug into one of her drinks, and when she fell unconscious, the woman was dragged to their apartment.

The men then took chances raping her. The woman told police that she has no recollection of the attack. Police managed to track down the suspects by using security surveillance videos of the streets and apartment building.

They then used DNA to track down the nine refugees. The woman said that she came to Vienna to visit a friend.

Woman kicks her boyfriend in the face because he refused to have sex with her in the morning

A woman was arrested on a charge of battery after allegedly kicking her boyfriend in the face because he refused to have sex with her, according to police in Florida.

Port St. Lucie police said that they have arrested 34-year-old Jennifer Furguson, after being accused of getting into a fight with her boyfriend, 32-year-old Christopher Bodden, on Wednesday around 6:00 a.m.

Furguson, who lived with her boyfriend for two years, was booked into jail, and her bail was set at $500.

According to the criminal complaint, officers were called to the couple's home located 3100 block of Southwest Cathedral Street, on a report of a domestic dispute.

Officers who arrived at the scene, saw that Bodden’s face was swollen. Officers also saw holes in the walls. Bodden told police that after a night of drinking, his girlfriend woke up around 6:00 a.m., and wanted to have sex.

When he refused, she kicked him in the face several times. She then banged her into the wall, causing the holes.

(Scroll down for video) Police have arrested a woman after she was seen dancing next to a man she hit with her car.

Police in China, were called after the woman hit a pedestrian.

Witnesses in Shandong, told police that the woman accelerated her car and drove straight into the pedestrian, sending him flying onto the windshield of her vehicle.

She then allegedly drove about 650 feet until she collided with another car and came to a stop.

When the victim fell to the ground, the suspect showed no remorse. Instead, she got out of her vehicle and began dancing.

People were horrified to see the woman dancing just feet from her victim. Emergency workers rushed the man to the hospital.

Sadly, doctors were unable to save the victim and he died. Police did not give a reason for the woman's dancing, but they did note that she was not drunk at the time of the accident.

Man gets ugly tattoos on his face to show remorse for killing his girlfriend

A man came to court with ugly tattoos on his face as a sign of remorse for killing his much younger girlfriend while he was drunk.

A friend of the victim told police that the suspect warned his teenage girlfriend that he is going to put her in the grave the night she was killed.

Sasho Ristovski, 28, of Australia, was driving under the influence of drugs when he crashed his car and killed 16-year-old Maddison Tilyard.

Ristovski was dating Tilyard for just three weeks, when he was speeding and lost control of his father's car. He crashed into a tree in Melbourne, killing Tilyard.

Two weeks after the crash, Ristovksi tattooed his face with graphic symbols to make him look like a demon as an alleged sign of remorse.

Ristovski pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing death and reckless conduct endangering a person. He was sentenced to seven years in prison.

Thief steals rubber duck and takes it around the world for 5 years before returning it home with souvenirs

(Scroll down for video) A yellow rubber duck was taken on a bizarre trip around the world by a thief.

Jennifer Troiano of Hampton, New Hampshire, said that when it rained, her daughter used to place their big rubber duck in puddles that formed outside their home.

It was a show piece that made drivers stop and smile. However, five years ago, the duck disappeared.

The family was very surprised when they received a postcard from the person who took the duck, stating that it will be traveling around the world.

The postcard, which came from Kuwait City, Kuwait, read: “Family, I have decided to travel and see the world.” The postcard was signed by Gale Ducky.

The family was advised to check updates of the duck’s travel on its own Facebook page. There, they found many photos of the duck “enjoying” the trip around the world.

The duck had visited 20 countries on its journey, from Austria to South Africa. Photos on Facebook show random people taking photos with the duck.

Suddenly, after five years, the family saw a Facebook post with the duck sitting on a suitcase outside their home.

Troiano said that she went outside, and found the duck along with a suitcase filled with photos, tickets and souvenirs.

They have no idea who was behind this. The person has now made the Troiano family the administrators of Gale Ducky’s Facebook page.

Illegal immigrant charged for starting 47 fires in California as revenge for his mother being deported

A man is on trial after being accused of setting 47 fires in just four days, in California.

Prosecutor Sean Carney told the jury that the man promised to “roast America” as revenge after his mother was ordered to be deported.

29-year-old Harry Burkhart, who is in the country illegally, was upset that his mother, Dorothee Burkhart, was ordered to be extradited to Germany.

Dorothee was a fugitive from her country. She fled in 2011. However, she was now ordered to be extradited to face fraud charges.

During her detention hearing, Dorothee repeatedly cursed America, and was kicked out, according federal marshals.

She claimed that her son, Harry, who is Autistic, needs her. For some reason, despite being illegal in the country, he was allowed to stay in the United States.

Harry decided to take revenge against the United States, by setting fires to cars. Many of the fires spread to homes.

He was seen on surveillance videos repeatedly buying flammable materials, which he used to set 19 fires in one night.

He went on a four-day arson spree from Hollywood to the San Fernando Valley.

There were no serious injuries or deaths as a result of the fires, but damages were estimated to be more than $3 million.

Harry was charged with dozens of felonies and could face 80 years in state prison if convicted. He has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.

72-year-old man breaks into woman’s home and pleasures himself into full orange juice bottle

An elderly man was arrested on a charge of burglary after allegedly breaking into a woman’s home and pleasuring himself into a full bottle of orange juice, according to police in Ohio.

Massillon police said that they have arrested 72-year-old Willis Gene Burdette, after being accused of breaking into a 61-year-old woman’s house and contaminating her orange juice with his sperm.

Burdette has been charged with burglary and contaminating a substance for human consumption. He was booked into jail, and his bail was set at $50,000.

According to the criminal complaint, Burdette broke into the woman’s house on Wednesday around 12:00 p.m. Once inside, the suspect took out a carton of orange juice from the refrigerator and pleasured himself into the liquid.

He then closed the bottle of orange juice, shook it and returned it to the refrigerator. The woman learned about the incident by reviewing her home’s surveillance cameras.

Woman kicks police officer’s private parts after being told to stop swimming naked

A police officer was kicked in the private parts after telling two young women to stop swimming naked in the pool of an apartment complex, according to police in South Carolina.

Myrtle Beach police said that they have arrested 23-year-old Kadie Lynne Naumann and 32-year-old Kyla Elizabeth Cole, after being accused of swimming naked in a pool.

Naumann was charged with assaulting a police officer while resisting arrest after she allegedly kicked a police officer in the groin area and the left thigh.

The two women were booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center. Naumann’s bail was set at $5,000 while bail for Cole was set at $2,500.

According to the criminal complaint, the police were called about 11:00 p.m. on Monday, on reports that two women were swimming completely naked at the pool located at 110 Breakers Drive.

Police officers who arrived at the scene, found the two women swimming naked in the pool. The women were invited to the apartment complex by their friend.

The women said that they wanted to go swimming, but they did not have their swimsuits, so they decided to go swimming in the nude.

The two women seemed very intoxicated, and had slurred speech. Police officers placed a towel on Naumann, but she threw it to the ground.

As the officer was placing handcuffs on Neumann, she kicked him in the groin.

Woman destroys convenience store after being locked inside because she was caught stealing chocolate

(Scroll down for video) Police are looking to arrest a woman on a charge of vandalism for allegedly destroying a convenience store after she was caught stealing chocolate, according to police in Florida.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said that an employee of the Shell gas station convenience store located at 715 N. Main Street, decided to lock the automatic doors after the woman placed $11 worth of chocolate in her pockets.

The employee called the police, but before officer arrived at the scene, the woman began throwing things around in the store.

The surveillance cameras of the store recorded the woman as she was destroying items. After the woman started throwing glass bottles, the employee decided to open the automatic doors.

The woman ran out of the store, and disappeared from the scene before police arrived. Police are offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to the suspect.

Teen bites off police officer’s ear during fight outside bar

(Scroll down for video) A teenager was arrested on a charge of assault after allegedly biting off a police officer’s ear during a fight, according to police in Massachusetts.

Salem police said that they have arrested 19-year-old Emma Wiley, after being accused of biting off the ear of Officer Jessica Rondinelli.

The Salem State University student was charged with mayhem, assault and battery causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery on a police officer, and resisting arrest.

In court, Wiley pleaded not guilty to the charges, and her attorney said that she suffers from depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

She was booked into jail, where she is being held without bail.

According to the criminal complaint, Officer Rondinelli responded to a report of a fight outside a bar around 1:00 a.m. on Sunday.

The officer identified Wiley as the aggressor and tried to place her into a police cruiser. While Rondinelli was putting Wiley in the cruiser, she bit off the officer’s ear.

Rondinelli was taken to a nearby hospital, but doctors were unable to re-attach the ear.

Woman with ALS holds a two-day festive goodbye party for friends and family before taking her life

(Scroll down for video) A terminally ill woman decided to hold a festive goodbye party before ending her life.

The woman of California, who was wheelchair bound, suffered from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), which is also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

She decided to take advantage of California's new law that allows doctor-assisted suicides.

However, Betsy Davis, 41, decided to invite her friends for a weekend during which they would all spend time together and say goodbye to one another before she took her life.

Davis sent out invitations via email to her friends and family in which she explained the purpose of the party.

In the invitation, she wrote: “These circumstances are unlike any party you have attended before, requiring emotional stamina, centeredness, and openness, and one rule: no crying.”

About 30 people came to the party at a home in the picturesque Southern California mountain town of Ojai.

As the weekend drew to a close, friends of Davis kissed her goodbye and they took photos with her. When everyone left, Davis was wheeled out to a canopy bed on a hillside, where she took a combination of morphine, pentobarbital and chloral hydrate prescribed by her doctor.

She slipped into a coma before she died of the drug overdose. May she rest in peace.

Her sister, Kelly Davis, said that although the gathering was emotionally very difficult for her, she loved her sister's idea for the gathering and she supported her decision to take her own life in lieu of suffering.

A teenager in Oklahoma, awoke to find a stranger in his home.

Robert Felts said that his 17-year-old son awoke late on Monday morning, and found a stranger sleeping on the couch.

The teen immediately called his mother Wendy Felts, who was not home at the time, to see if she knew the person.

The mother said that she did not invite anyone to their home. She ordered her son to wake up his brother, and they should both get out of the house.

The mother rushed home. Meanwhile, the stranger got up from the couch and swept up the kitchen floor, Felts said.

Muskogee Police Department spokesman Lincoln Anderson said that the suspect was disoriented as a result of drugs.

Wendy managed to take one photo of the suspect before he fled from the house on a bicycle.

The family released the photo of the suspect in order to get help from the public in identifying him.

Woman manages to escape with stolen safe before driving over it in an attempt to break it open

(Scroll down for video) A silly thief was arrested after running over a safe in an attempt to open it.

The woman of Maine, managed to break into an office at a gas station, where she stole the safe.

After making it out of the business without being detected, the woman went to a side road and placed the safe on the ground, where she ran over it with her car several times.

When the safe became lodged under the car, the woman drove away, dragging it down the road, where she abandoned it.

People who witnessed the bizarre incident, called police and reported the woman, who was driving a small blue sedan with New Hampshire plates.

Meanwhile, police responded to the Mobil gas station at 1498 Carl Broggi Hwy in Lebanon after 3:30 a.m., on reports of theft.

Officer said that 33-year-old Tatiana Gagnon, led police on a high speed chase before she was arrested.

Gagnon was arrested on charges of burglary, theft and aggravated criminal mischief. Her bail was set at $10,000.

Police said that Gagnon is also the suspect in three stolen vehicle cases in Maine and in New Hampshire.

Man sparks police helicopter chase after repeatedly driving and stopping while playing Pokemon GO

(Scroll down for video) Police in Canada, are urging people to play Pokemon Go responsibly.

This came after the helicopter police unit in Ontario, spotted an erratic driver and began following him in fear that he was a would-be burglar.

However, police said that he turned out to be a late-night Pokemon Go player.

The York Regional Police posted a video of the incident to YouTube. The video footage was taken by the police helicopter as it watched the car driving on a highway before veering off to a side road and stopping at different locations.

The man drove erratically through the city of Vaughan, at 3:20 a.m. on Monday.

“I'm sure that the officers up in the helicopter believed that the driver might have been impaired or that the may have been looking to commit a criminal offense like a break-and-enter,” a police spokesman said.

The officers from the helicopter called police to chase the suspicious vehicle. When they pulled over the vehicle, the driver admitted to playing Pokemon Go.

Officer decided not to give the driver a ticket, and they let him off with a warning.

New York police detective shoots his two sons and kills himself during argument at family party

(Scroll down for video) A father who worked for the New York Police Department for 27 years, died after shooting his two sons.

The father shot his two adult children before killing himself during a party at his home in Long Island, police said.

According to witnesses, 61-year-old Irvin Noak was arguing with relatives during a party at his home on Foxglove Circle in Bellport.

During the argument, at around 11:00 p.m., his two sons intervened, and Noak was not happy about it.

Noak left and grabbed a pistol from his bedroom before he returned and shot his children, who were identified as Irvin Noak III, 30, and Aaron Noak, 22.

The father then turned the gun on himself, police said.

Emergency crews took all three men to the Brookhaven Memorial Hospital. The sons were listed in critical condition while their father was pronounced dead.

It is not immediately clear what the argument was about.

(Scroll down for video) A man in Scotland, managed to record himself soaring into the air while flying a kite during a strong wind gust, according to a video that was uploaded to the Internet.

Daniel Simpson of Cromarty, decided that it was a perfect day to fly a kite so he headed out with his friend and prepared for an adventure.

As soon as he released the kite, a strong wind gust sent Simpson soaring into the air. Luckily, after a few scary seconds, Simpson crashed back to the ground.

Simpson’s friend, who held a camera the entire time, can be heard laughing in the background. The video was uploaded to YouTube, where it went viral.

Simpson did not suffer any injuries as a result of the incident, but the kite appeared to be damaged.

Pastor kills woman by putting large speaker on her chest and dancing on top of it as part of a miracle

Police launched an investigation after a pastor killed a woman during services while trying to perform a miracle, according to police in South Africa.

Pastor Lethebo Rabalango of the Mount Zion General Assembly in Polokwane, is being accused of murder after the young woman suffered internal injuries, following an incident during which a large speaker was placed on her chest.

Instead of taking responsibility for his actions, the pastor blamed the victim, saying that she did not have faith in God.

According to the police investigation, Rabalango had organized a night of worship in his church, where he told people that he could do anything with faith.

At some point, he invited a woman onto the stage and told her to lie down. He then ordered members to place a large speaker on her chest, saying that the weight would not hurt her.

He then climbed on top of the speaker, adding pressure to the woman’s chest. The woman was silent as she had already fainted.

After being at the top of the speaker for about 5 minutes, he got up and removed it. After the woman did not stand up, she was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

A school teacher was arrested on a charge of rape after allegedly having sex with an underage student, according to police in China.

The Wei County school board has announced that they have suspended the teacher identified as Li, after he was allegedly caught red handed having sex with a 17-year-old girl.

After learning about the teacher’s affair with the student of the First Senior High School, parents gathered in the classroom to punish Li. They called him a rapist and stripped him naked.

They then proceeded to beat him until the police arrived at the scene to arrest him. Police took Li to a hospital for treatment.

He was then taken to jail. A video of the incident was uploaded to the Internet. The video shows the teacher sitting naked in a corner and covering his private parts.

He is heard begging the parents to stop the beating. Several students revealed that the teacher was set up by students who were expelled from school for bad conduct.

Two men kill homeless man and set him on fire for urinating on a bed

Two men were arrested on a charge of murder after killing a homeless man and setting his body on fire for urinating on a bed, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, Luke Benson and Adam Acton, both 25, have been found guilty at the Manchester Crown Court of murder in connection with the death of the homeless man in a disused railway on Trinity Way in Salford.

According to the criminal complaint, Benson and Acton killed 23-year-old Daniel Smith, before setting his body on fire.

Emergency services were called after flames and smoke were seen in the camp. Acton pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice for removing and concealing Smith's SIM card.

Amanda Briggs and Connor Cain also pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice at an earlier hearing for their role in removing, damaging and concealing items belonging to Smith.

The court was told that Benson and Acton carried out a brutal and sustained attack on Smith, a fellow homeless man, after he had accidentally urinated on a bed within the camp.

They then attempted to dispose of his body by setting it on fire.

Both men have shown no remorse throughout the case, and continued to deny all responsibility for the murder and what followed afterwards.

Couple gets married while dangling from suspension bridge 600 feet above ground

(Scroll down for video) A couple in China, who wanted to celebrate their wedding in a special way, decided to get married while dangling from a bridge about 600 feet above ground.

Jiang Huizhu and Zhou Wenlong, both of Hunan, got married on Tuesday, while suspended from the bridge at the Shiniuzhai National Geological Park.

They said that they decided to marry in this bizarre way as a challenge to themselves to make their celebration special. The video of the marriage ceremony was uploaded to the Internet, where it went viral.

The video shows a platform connected with rope dangling under the bridge. The bride was then climbed over the fence and slowly lowered herself onto the platform.

The bride and groom then kissed each other while a photographer took pictures of the magical moment. The newlywed couple then waved to their family and friends who joined them and were looking down from above.

(Scroll down for video) A man in India, said that he had no choice but to go on a honeymoon vacation across Italy, with a photograph of his wife after she misplaced her passport.

29-year-old Faizan Patel of New Delhi, who works as a photographer, recently married Sana.

They tied the knot in December, and they scheduled a two-week honeymoon in Rome, Venice, Milan, Florence and the Amalfi Coast.

By the time they were set to leave, Sana learned that she will be unable to join her husband because her passport disappeared.

Faizan decided to go by himself, but he took along a photograph of his wife. He took selfies along the way while holding the photograph of his wife next to him.

Since he tweeted photos under the hashtag #HoneyMoonwithoutHoney, his story went viral and eventually reached the country's foreign affairs minister who rushed a new passport to Sana.

She still had to wait to secure a visa to Italy. Luckily, she still made it to Italy for the last few days of the honeymoon.
