(Scroll down for video) A drug dealer ran into his burning home to save his stash, but left his dogs to die in the fire, according to police in Florida.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said that they arrested 24-year-old Steven Brown, after being accused of arson for causing the fire that destroyed his home.

Brown has been charged with possession of a place for purposes of manufacturing a controlled substance, arson, possession of a firearm, cocaine possession, suboxone possession, oxycodone possession, tampering with physical evidence, marijuana manufacturing, marijuana possession, aggravated cruelty to animals and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was booked into the Pasco County Jail, and his bail was set at $795,100.

According to the criminal complaint, Brown and his accomplices were manufacturing butane hash oil (BHO), also called wax marijuana, when the stash exploded.

After the explosion, the house burned down. Instead of rescuing his two dogs during the fire, Brown removed all the drugs from the property.

Both dogs were discovered dead in the home after firefighters extinguished the blaze.

A man was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure after allegedly measuring his private parts with a ruler at a library urinal, according to police in Iowa.

Iowa City police said that they have arrested 42-year-old Thomas Morgan, after a man saw the suspect measuring his private parts with a cardboard ruler in the college library bathroom.

In court, Morgan pleaded not guilty to one count of indecent exposure. He was booked into the Johnson County jail, and his bail was set at $1,000.

According to the criminal complaint, Morgan was in the bathroom and standing at a urinal when the victim entered.

Morgan then turned around towards the victim and measured his private parts with the ruler. Morgan then made a comment about his size.

The victim told police that he felt weird and uncomfortable seeing the suspect’s private parts. A judge warned Morgan to stay away from the victim.

Mother calls police on her 3-year-old daughter because she refused to wear seat belt

(Scroll down for video) A mother revealed that she had no choice but to call police on her young daughter because she refused to wear a seat belt while driving in Arizona.

Michelle Fortin of Scottsdale, was driving with her 3-year-old daughter in the back seat when the kid kept unbuckling her seat belt.

She warned her daughter several times not to unbuckle her seat belt, and when she refused to listen, Fortin decided it was time for drastic action.

She called the police, and officers arrived at the scene to deal with the 3-year-old girl. The officers explained to the girl the importance of wearing seat belts.

The girl identified as Camille, then promised to be good and always wear her seat belt while in the car. Fortin said that she believes her daughter has learned her lesson.

Police bust underage college drinking party by arresting 180 students at alcohol-fueled event

(Scroll down for video) 180 students were arrested on a charge of underage drinking after being accused of partying at an alcohol-fueled event, according to police in Delaware.

Newark police said that they have arrested the students on Saturday afternoon, while partying at a house located on East Park Place near Haines Street.

Around 4:00 p.m., officers stormed the house and arrested the 180 students, who were under the influence of alcohol. One student was unconscious.

The student was taken to the Christiana Hospital, after suffering from alcohol poisoning. All students are part of a University of Delaware fraternity called APES.

Police also arrested the organizers of the party, who face additional charges on top of the underage drinking charge.

Man pleasures himself in police station while registering as a sex offender

A man was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure after allegedly pleasuring himself inside a police station while registering as a sex offender, according to police in Washington.

The King County Sheriff's Office said that 50-year-old Anthony Hardison, was arrested after a female officer caught him pleasuring himself in front of her.

In court, Hardison pleaded not guilty to one count of assault. He was booked into the Seattle Correctional Facility, and his bail was set at $145,000.

According to the criminal complaint, Hardison was convicted of two counts of indecent exposure with sexual motivation for showing his private parts to bus drivers.

He was sentenced to register as a sex offender as part of a plea bargain agreement with prosecutors.

While at the police station to register himself as a sex offender, a female police officer noticed that he was intentionally exposing his private parts.

The police officer said that she was shocked, angered and disgusted by the scene.

The offense was also captured on security surveillance video, which showed Hardison pleasuring himself in the lobby of the police station.

Hardison was also charged with possessing cocaine. Hardison is awaiting trial on a charge of assault in an unrelated incident.

Couple gets married in underground tunnel after getting stuck in traffic jam on way to their wedding

While most brides and grooms would panic if they got caught in a traffic jam, one couple from Shaanxi, China, decided to turn the bad situation into something positive.

The bride and groom were trapped in the tunnel after a car accident took place near the exit of the tunnel and all traffic came to a standstill.

Realizing that they could be there for a while, the couple decided that they have to act quickly.

According to their custom, marriages have to take place before noon. The bride and groom refused to allow the unfortunate circumstances to ruin their big day.

The called their wedding guests, who were also trapped in the tunnel, and they decided to exchange vows right there among all the stranded cars.

They bride and groom were surrounded by friends, family and strangers, who had nowhere else to go. They all came out of their cars to rejoice in the couple's special moment.

The couple exchanged vows in the dim light of the tunnel and then they kissed as the crowed cheered.

People were seen holding their iPhones to record the special moment of two people who love each other so much that they did not let the disappointment ruin special their day.

Just after noon, the accident was cleared and the tunnel was reopened to traffic. The newlyweds then went to their wedding hall to continue with the celebration.

Fisherman turns over giant pearl to tourism office for tourist attraction before learning it is worth $100 million

(Scroll doen for video) A fisherman found a giant pearl worth $100 million while he was fishing in Philippines.

The man said that he found the huge pearl in the waters off Palawan 10 years ago, inside a giant clam that got stuck on his boat’s anchor.

The man said that he took it home and placed it under his bed “as a good luck charm.”

The man had no idea that the pearl is possibly the world’s largest natural giant clam pearl, and that it is worth millions of dollars.

Recently, the man had to move from his apartment so he decided to show off the pearl. He handed it over to the Puerto Princesa Tourism Office.

They placed it in a special case and recently unveiled the huge gem, which has an estimated value of $100 million.

Puerto Princesa City Tourism Officer Aileen Cynthia Amurao said that the pearl weighs 75 pounds, is 2.2 feet long and 1 foot wide.

Until now, the record holder was Lao Tzu. His pearl weighed 14 pounds and measures over 9 inches in diameter. His gem was also found in the Philippines.

People hoping to find more rare gems might be disappointed as Amurao refuses to disclose the exact location where it was found.

“We are not divulging the exact area where the pearl was found. We will not release any more information, or even any information about its owner.

Sexually charged 100-year-old tortoise saves his endangered species by having over 1,000 babies

About 50 years ago, there were only 14 Chelonoidis tortoise known to exist.

All 14 tortoises were taken to the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador, for a breeding program.

Diego had been at a zoo in San Diego, California, since 1930, and was one of two males know to exist. The other 12 were female.

In 1977, Diego was sent back to his homeland in Espanola, to help repopulate its species.

The super sexually charged tortoise was renamed Super Diego, after a study conducted by tortoise preservationists found that Diego has fathered more than 1,000 babies.

Now, they are no longer considered an endangered species.

48-year-old woman orders teens to hold down 14-year-old girl while she sexually assaulted her with an adult toy at party

A woman was arrested after throwing a drug-fueled party for underage teens and sexaully abusing a girl.

Police arrested 48-year-old Darcy Ann Duncan of Ankeny, Iowa, after a 14-year-old girl said that she was sexually abused by her.

Duncan, who is the mother of a teenager, was accused of throwing a drug and alcohol-fueled parties at her home.

A 14-year-old guest told police that during one of those parties, Duncan ordered two other teens to hold her down on a bed while she used an adult toy to sexually abuse her.

The girl said that Duncan used a vibrator over her leggings. The girl eventually managed to escape. Police said that the teenagers who held the victim down, also came forward and told police what happened.

Another teenage girl told police that Duncan sold her a Bacardi rum and Coke drink for $15 and she allowed her to smoke marijuana from a bong for $11.

The 48-year-old suspect was arrested on 26 criminal charges, ranging from child endangerment, supplying drugs and alcohol to minors and sexually abusing a minor, according to police records.

Duncan was banned from having contact with anyone under the age of 18. She is being held in the Polk County Jail on $1.4 million bail.

Drunk mother throws her twin boys out the window during fight with her boyfriend

(Scroll down for video) An evil mother hurt her toddlers as a way to punish their father.

A mother of Rhode Island, is in jail after she threw her toddler twin sons out of a first floor window of his apartment.

Benita Barbour, 37, who was drunk at the time, was arguing with her boyfriend when she grabbed her sons and threw them out of the window.

The 2-year-old boys landed on the porch below. A neighbor who witnessed the incident, took videos of the boyfriend, 37-year-old Michael Watts, trying to take their boys back into the home.

The children, who were still in their pajamas, were seen crying as Watts began dragging them back into their house. However,
Barbour allegedly slammed the door, knocking one of the twins to the ground.

The neighbor called police and Barbour was arrested while her children were taken to Hasbro Children's Hospital, where they were treated for scrapes and bruises.

They were then released into the custody of the Department of Children, Youth and Families.

Mother throws hot water on boyfriend and their newborn baby because he was cheating

(Scroll down for video) A foolish woman burned her newborn baby with hot water because she was angry with her boyfriend.

22-year-old Yva Monord has been charged with aggravated domestic battery and aggravated child abuse over the incident.

Police in Florida, said that Monord boiled hot water to sterilize a pacifier and bottle for her 2-month-old son.

She then took the boiling water and poured it over her boyfriend, 23-year-old Winsky Perpignan, and her baby who was sleeping next to him.

At first, Perpignan assumed that he knocked over the hot water, which was on the nightstand, while he was sleeping.

However, Monord later admitted that she deliberately poured the hot water over him because she thought he was cheating on her during their “on and off” relationship.

Monord told police that she did not know that Perpignan took the baby into their bed as they were both covered in a blanket.

According to the arrest report, the infant suffered second and third-degree burns to 5 percent of his body. He was burned mainly on his chest and arm.

Perpignan suffered second and third-degree burns to 20 percent of his body. He has burns over his face, neck, chest and arm and back.

Both the father and son are being treated at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville.

Monord was arrested, and she is being held in the Alachua County Jail on $50,000 bond.

Police refuse to help girl whose father dragged her by the hair in Walmart

(Scroll down for video) People are voicing their anger after a police officer refused to help a little girl who was being dragged by her hair.

Erika Burch said that she was shopping at a Walmart in Texas, when she heard a girl pleading with her father to let go of her.

She then spotted the man, who had clumps of the girl's hair wrapped around his hand. He also used that hand to push the shopping cart.

The girl was forced to lean into the shopping cart as her father dragged her down the aisles while pulling her hair.

Burch said the child was pleading for the man to stop and she promised to behave. Burch said that the little girl cried and said: “I promise I won't do it again. Please stop.”

Burch took a few pictures of the girl and her father. The father told Burch “to mind her own business.” However, she replied: “No I'm not. Right now this little girl is my business and you need to let her hair go now.”

When he refused, Burch went to a police officer, who was inside the store, and asked for help. Burch said that the officer told her that the man “has the right to discipline his child.”

The officer explained that for the incident to be called abuse “there had to be bodily injury to the child.”

Burch believes that the child was being harmed so she posted the photos to Facebook, where people expressed their shock and anger.

Nicole Bennett said: “Poor baby girl. That is the type of abuse that teaches little girls it's okay for men to abuse them and that they deserve it and it's normal to them.”

Lynne Short-Newman wrote: “If he is doing this in public, imagine what he is doing to her behind closed doors.”

The Cleveland Police Department said that have received many calls over the incident and they have launched an investigation.

Child Protective Service (CPS) has been contacted as part of the police investigation.

Man storms out of court after DNA proved that he is the father of baby born to 12-year-old girl

(Scroll down for video) Police have arrested a man for sexually assaulting a young girl and leaving behind evidence of the assault.

The man of South Carolina, was arrested after the girl gave birth to his child, according to the Spartanburg County police.

Detectives said that 29-year-old Derrick Kendall Burris, began sexually assaulting the girl when she was just 10 years old, and he accidentally got her pregnant when she was 11 years old.

The girl, who is now 12 years old, gave birth to her baby four months ago.

Authorities said that the victim told a school counselor that she got pregnant by someone closer to her age because she was afraid to tell her mother the truth.

However, she finally admitted that Burris was the man who got her pregnant. Burris knew the victim. She is a family member of his acquaintance.

After the baby was born, DNA samples from the victim, baby and Burris, showed that he is the child's father, deputies said.

Burris was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor. During his bond hearing, he told the judge that he wanted to waive his rights to have an attorney present.

However, the judge responded by saying: “shut up, don’t talk in here.” Burris than stormed out of the courtroom and back into police custody.

The judge said that Burris will not get bail as he faces 25 years to life in prison.

Burris is no stranger to the prison system. Court records show that Burris was convicted of two charges of armed robbery in 2004, and he was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Woman dies in apartment fire after lighting 17 candles for her imaginary boyfriend

A woman tragically died in a house fire after the candles she lit for her imaginary boyfriend sparked a large blaze, according to police in the United Kingdom.

46-year-old Jane Ellis of Sandhurst, was found in her apartment lying face down in the bathroom, following the blaze.

The court heard that Ellis regularly lit candles to summon her imaginary boyfriend named Ian. On the day of her death, Ellis lit 17 candles, but somehow, her apartment caught on fire.

Her neighbors came to the apartment to alert Ellis to the fire, but she shut the door in their faces. By the time firefighters extinguished the blaze, Ellis was dead.

Neighbors said that Ellis spoke of having a romantic evening with Ian. She also promised to get married with her lover and go on honeymoon in Egypt.

Ellis’ family told the court that the woman suffered from mental illness, and they don’t understand why she was allowed to live alone.

High school goes into lockdown after child dressed as cowboy for party near school

A principal of a high school freaked out and placed the building under lockdown after seeing a cowboy walking outside the school’s premises, according to police in Sweden.

The principal of the high school in Huskvarna, who was identified as Ulf Andersson, then called police to report a suspicious looking person carrying a gun in the area on Monday around 12:00 p.m.

Multiple police officers quickly arrived at the scene to remove the armed individual from the street, but they were shocked to find a young boy who was on his way to a party.

Police said that the principal panicked as one of the guns looked like a real weapon. The boy was waiting at a street corner to be picked up by his friend before police arrived at the scene.

The officers whisked away the cowboy from the scene. No charges have been filed. After getting the all clear signal from police, the school’s lockdown was lifted.

Woman finds naked and bloody drunk man trapped inside her chicken coop

A man was arrested on a charge of property damage after crawling into a woman’s chicken coop and destroying it while trying to get out, according to police in Sweden.

Now, the 35-year-old man of Almhult, who was not identified, has been ordered to pay a fine of 18,000 kroner ($2,700) to cover the cost of the damage to the chicken coop.

According to the criminal complaint, the owner of the chicken coop woke up in middle of the night after hearing strange noises.

She told her son to check on the chickens as was afraid that a fox or deer may have attacked them. The son went to the chicken coop and was shocked to see the bloody and drunk man lying inside.

The drunk man made his way onto the chicken, but he was unable to get out. He broke all the windows and cut himself from the shattered glass.

He threw out a sack of wheat and removed several sinks. The chickens ran out of the coop and walked freely on the property.

The son called the police. The drunk man told officers that he drank beer, whiskey, cider and wine at the 60th birthday celebration of his friend.

Tourist throws rocks at drivers and destroys road signs because nobody wanted to give him a free ride out of town

A tourist in New Zealand, was arrested on a charge of wilful damage after being accused of destroying road signs and throwing rocks at drivers because he was unable to find a free ride out of town, according to police.

Now, 27-year-old Cedric Claude Rene Rault-Verpre of France, is facing up to three months in prison after pleading guilty to wilful damage.

According to the police investigation, Rault-Verpre became angry after trying to get a free ride out of Punakaiki. After four days, Rault-Verpre lied down on the road and began abusing drivers.

He threw rocks at drivers who refused to give him a ride and destroyed road signs. He even threw one road sign into a river.

Police were called after Rault-Verpre became verbally abusive towards passersby.

Rault-Verpre claimed that he visited more than 80 countries and has been to the worst parts of the United States, but has never met such bad people as New Zealanders.

Priest who raped children claims they made up lies because they were out to get him

A priest who raped numerous children, claims that the kids were just making up lies because they were out to get him, according to police in Australia.

62-year-old John Farrell of New South Wales, told investigators that the accusations are all lies and the children were out to get him.

Farrell was sentenced to 18 years in prison after being found guilty of 62 child sex crimes, which he committed while being a priest in Moree and Tamworth.

The judge slammed the leaders of the church for trying to cover up the allegations and sending Farrell to be a priest a different location.

A former altar boy told the court that he was raped repeatedly and warned not to tell anyone or he and his family would be killed.

Young teacher stabbed 27 times on street after rejecting marriage proposal from stalker

A man was arrested on a charge of murder after allegedly stabbing a young teacher on the street because she rejected his marriage proposal, according to police in India.

Delhi police said that they have arrested 34-year-old Surender Singh, after being accused of stabbing Karuna Kumar, 21, more than 27 times.

In court, Singh pleaded not guilty to one count of murder.

According to police, video surveillance footage showed Singh approaching Kumar on the street before he began stabbing her.

After she fell to the ground, Kumar tried to get away, but she was unsuccessful. Singh was seen kicking and stabbing her 27 times.

Many people tried to intervene, but they had no success.

Kumar died at the scene. According to the police investigation, Singh had been stalking the victim, who was a school teacher, for more than a year.

He proposed marriage several times, but was always rejected.

The rejection did not go down well, and Singh threatened to kill her.

Kumar filed a report with the police, and after Singh promised to live her alone, he was let go, but on Tuesday, he stabbed her 27 times.

(Scroll down for video) A missing teen responded to her own missing persons appeal on Facebook, by telling officer that she is alive and well in her bedroom, according to police in Australia.

Queensland police first posted about the missing teenager on Sunday, asking people on the social networks to contact them if they had any information about the girl.

Not long after her photo and information were published, the girl commented that she is alive and well in her bedroom. The girl told police that her sister reported her missing after she had a fight with her.

“Guys I'm fine. I'm not missing. This is an overreaction to a fight I had with my sister. I'm legit just sitting in my bedroom," she wrote on Facebook.

Police responded to her comment, saying that she had to come down to the station in order to confirm that she is well. Only after 17-year-old Erian Thompson proved that she was safe and well, police removed their post from Facebook.

Army sergeant runs over police officer because she refused to drive to New Jersey through the Lincoln Tunnel

(Scroll down for video) An army sergeant was arrested on a charge of assault after allegedly running over a police officer because she did not want to drive from New York City to New Jersey via the Lincoln Tunnel.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey said that they have arrested 30-year-old Amber Johnson of Clarksville, Tennessee, after being accused of making an illegal U-turn and running over a police officer.

Johnson has been charged with assault, unlawful fleeing and traffic violations.

According to the police investigation, the army sergeant who is stationed at the World Trade Center, drove her car on the Manhattan side of the Lincoln Tunnel at around 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.

She told the officers near the entrance of the tunnel that she had made a mistake and did not want to go to New Jersey.

Johnson then said that she was going to make a U-turn, but officers warned her that it was illegal. She was told to drive to New Jersey, and turn around over there.

Johnson ignored the officers and made an illegal U-turn, striking an officer in the process. She also drove by at least one red light in the wrong direction.

She was chased by the police by car and then on foot before being arrested. The officer was taken to a hospital, where he was treated for a hand injury and released.

A woman was arrested on a charge of assault after allegedly stabbing her roommate who refused to have sex with her, according to police in New Jersey.

Trenton police said that they have arrested 61-year-old Sharon Harry, after being accused of assaulting the man who refused to have sex with her.

In court, Harry pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault and weapons possession. She was booked into jail, and her bail was set at $10,000.

According to the criminal complaint, Harry, who lives with a man on Pearl Street, became upset after her roommate refused to have sex with her on Friday night.

She grabbed a knife and stabbed him in the chest, causing a serious injury. When the police arrived at the house, the roommate was alert and was able to tell them what had happened.

He was taken to a hospital, where he being treated.

Man cuts girlfriend’s chest before pulling out her lungs and heart at Motel 6

A man was arrested on a charge of murder after being accused of killing his girlfriend by pulling out her lungs and heart, according to police in California.

Now, 28-year-old Alexander Anthony Clever of Pomona, has been sentenced to life in prison after pleading to a charge of first-degree murder in connection with the death of his girlfriend, Yvette Silva.

According to the criminal complaint, Clever, his girlfriend and two others, went to the Motel 6 at 2470 S. Garey Avenue.

Clever and Silva went into a bathroom and were arguing. Their companions tried to intervene after they heard muffled screaming.

Clever was then seen holding his unconscious girlfriend in a choke hold. The companions tried to free Silva, and then went to get help.

Police responded and found Silva in the shower with her heart and lungs removed from her body. She was alive when the organs were cut from her body.

Two days later, Clever was arrested outside of his house and police found a knife on him that was later tested and had the victim’s DNA on it.
