Mother finds nude photos from pastor in her 11-year-old son’s phone

(Scroll down for video) A mother of Florida, was furious when she found nude photos from a grown man on her son’s cellphone.

She was even more shocked to learn that the man is a pastor from North Carolina.

The mother called the police to report the abuse. New Hanover County police arrested 30-year-old Tyler Sinkus Smither, who is a youth pastor, according to court records.

Smither, who is the youth pastor at Harbor United Methodist Church in Wilmington, is now facing two counts of indecent liberties with a child.

According to an affidavit, the boy’s mother had a parental control option on her son's cellphone.

One day, she received a notification from Verizon that someone from an unknown number was contacting her child.

The mother checked the number on the Internet, and she found it linked to Smither.

New Hanover County Sheriff’s Detective Christina Starman said that Smither first contacted the boy through the chat website Omegle.

Smither allegedly sent photos of himself and his genitals to the 11-year-old boy. Police said that the pastor has distinctive tattoos that were visible in the photos.

He also asked the boy to send him photos of himself. Smither was fired from his job as a pastor after his arrest.

Smither was released from jail after posting $100,000 bond.

Like all kids, the boy of New York, loves playing on the Wii, but his family was unable to afford one.

The clever boy decided to play the Wii for free at the Best Buy in Long Island.

The boy went to the Best Buy store every day to play on the store's demonstration model.

Store employees decided to chip in and get the boy his own Wii video game console, along with a 2 year warranty, as an early Christmas gift.

The workers bought the Wii, including a Mario Kart game, which is worth $300. The manager walked up to the boy to hand him his gift.

“On behalf of all of us here at Best Buy, we got you a Wii so you don't have to come here every day to play,” the employee told the boy.

The boy looked on in disbelief. That is when the employee showed him the receipt and told him that he can just walk out of the store as they already paid for the gift.

Store manager Rahiem Storr, who recorded the video, uploaded it to YouTube, where it went viral.

The owner of a hotel was arrested after a few people died and many others were hospitalized following a wedding at his venue.

Police in China, have launched an investigation when three people died after vomiting a black substance after the wedding.

About 12 more people were hospitalized after staff members at the hotel accidentally served them liquid methane, which was being used as industrial fuel, instead of alcohol.

All family members who were at the wedding, were ordered to go to a hospital, where they had their bodies pumped.

The bride's father and another man, who had dangerous levels of poisoning, are in critical condition.

The deceased were identified as an 80-year-old man, a 62-year-old man and a 57-year-old man.

15-year-old girl who was missing for 5 years found alive after going to great lengths to conceal her identity

Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have worked tirelessly for many years to locate a girl, who went missing after getting off her school bus.

After a 5-year long search, Rachel Natacha Owens was finally found alive and safe.

Owens was last seen in 2011, when she got off her bus at school in North Carolina. She then got into a waiting car at the South Brunswick High School in Boiling Spring Lakes.

Owens had run away from home before, but never for very long. This time, she left a note behind, expressing her wishes to go to Mexico.

Her family asked the public for help in locating their daughter and police officered a $5,000 reward for information in her disappearance.

Two years ago, authorities received a tip that Owens might be in Ohio. This week, police located Owens in Columbus.

She went to great lengths to change her identity, including her date of birth, making it much more difficult to track her.

Investigators said that Owens, who is now 21 years old, is safe. There was no foul play in her disappearance and no charges will be pursued at this time.

Her family is very happy that she was found and they hope to rebuild a relationship with her.

Plastic surgeon is arrested while getting his penis enlarged after his patient died

Police in Argentina, went to arrest a doctor after his female patient died due to his malpractice.

When they entered the clinic, officers were shocked to find the doctor undergoing penis enlargement surgery with the help of his assistant.

However, authorities in Mendoza, said that the operation also went wrong as he lost a lot of blood.

The 48-year-old plastic surgeon, who was identified as Carlos Gustavo Arzuza, was taken to a hospital before he and his assistant Laura Dutta, 39, were arrested for malpractice.

Arzuza is accused of operating an unlicensed clinic, where he performed liposuction and bottom implants on 49-year-old Beatriz Gattari.

Things went very wrong for Gattari, and she died two days after the surgery from organ failure.

Arzuza has a history of complaints for malpractice. Three years ago, Arzuza was investigated following the death of businessman Roberto del Barco, 45, who underwent liposuction surgery in his clinic.

Now, Arzuza and Dutta were charged with simple homicide.

Evil people break into winery and spill 400,000 bottles of wine

A winery in Italy, suffered huge losses after several evil people broke into their facility and drained wine tanks that could have filled 400,000 bottles.

The incident unfolded at the Cantine Conte Carlo Giorgi Di Vistarino winery located in Pietra De' Giorgi.

Police launched an investigation to catch the vandals, but so far, no arrests have been made. A spokesperson for the winery said that no threats have been made recently.

There was no other damage at the winery and nothing was stolen, leading police to believe that this was an act of revenge.

One morning, workers at the winery found the ground soaked in grape juice and skins following the attack that occurred in middle of the night.

The vandals drained seven tanks of Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Chardonnay and other varieties of white grape destined for sparkling wine.

The company vowed to continue despite the huge loss of $500,000.

People are angry after a video emerged, showing a fast food delivery person urinating in an elevator while on his way to hand over a bag of food to a customer.

The incident was recorded by a security surveillance camera in the elevator of a hotel.

The video shows the delivery man entering the elevator while holding a paper in his mouth. After pressing one of the buttons, the man unzipped his pants with one hand and urinated in the corner of the elevator.

He left a large puddle of urine in one corner of the elevator. No one was in the elevator at the time. When he finished urinating, the delivery man zipped up his pants and retreated to another corner of the elevator.

While waiting for the elevator to reach the floor, the delivery person sneezed and wiped his nose in his shirt and hands. The video ends with the man leaving the elevators and handing over the bag of food to the customer.

The delivery person could have used the bathroom in the hotel lobby, but he did not bother. The video was uploaded to the Internet, where it went viral.

Funeral home worker suffers crushed leg after obese dead body fell on him while preparing for burial

A funeral home worker was rushed to a hospital after an obese body fell off a stretcher as it was being prepared for burial, according to doctors in the United Kingdom.

The undertaker, who was not identified, was handling the obese body and wheeled into an elevator.

While in the elevator, the body fell off the stretcher, and it pinned the undertaker to the ground. The worker had to take time of off work in order to recover.

This was not the only incident at funeral homes. Another funeral worker needed a week sick leave after straining his back while trying to lower a heavy coffin into a grave.

A third funeral home worker broke his toe when a coffin with a heavy dead body fell on his foot. A fourth man broke his leg when he stumbled while carrying a big body out of a house.

A fifth funeral worker sprained his back and had to be treated after trying to lift a huge body out of a bathroom.

(Scroll down for video) A student who tried to renew his passport, was surprised when his photo was rejected because of the ethnic shape of his eyes.

22-year-old Richard Lee of New Zealand, tried to renew his passport as he wished to return to Melbourne, Australia, where he studies aerospace engineering and business management.

He submitted his picture to the Internal Affairs's online passport photo checker, but it was rejected. A message popped up, which told him that the photo was rejected because his eyes were not open.

Lee was born in Taiwan, and his eyes are naturally very small.

He called the department of Internal Affairs, and he was told that the photo was rejected because of bad lighting. He tried uploading several more photos, but they were all rejected.

Eventually, Lee went to Australian Post, and took several more pictures. One of the pictures was accepted. Lee does not believe that race played a role in the rejection of his photos as he put them through a machine.

A spokesperson for the Internal Affairs department said that 20% of all photos are rejected due to shut eyes. Lee uploaded the rejected passport photo to Facebook, where it went viral.

Ice cream lover hits world record by placing 121 scoops of ice cream in one cone

(Scroll down for video) An ice cream lover managed to hit a world record by creating a cone topped with 121 scoops of frozen dessert, according to the Guinness World Records.

Dimitri Panciera of Italy, held the previous world record of 109 ice cream scoops in a single cone.

Now, he managed to balance 121 ice cream scoops in a single cone at the annual Gelatimo ice-cream festival in Forno di Zoldo.

The record was achieved despite the fact that the ice cream cone’s opening was less the 4 inches in diameter. After placing the 121 scoops of ice cream on the cone, Panciera balanced them for more than 10 seconds.

Panciera revealed that his secret to success is by using artisan ice cream produced in the Val di Zoldo area. Dimitri is also the record holder of the world’s largest ice cream scoop.

Dimitri served the world’s largest ice cream scoop by using a spoon that measures about 6 and a half feet long, nearly two feet wide, and a half a foot deep.

A serial thief in China, is rethinking his ways after being forced to stand in a pool of feces by a group of angry residents who caught him in the act.

Residents in Guilin, forced the thief, who was not identified, to stand in the feces for a considerable amount of time.

His head was pushed into the feces several times, while residents were taking pictures. The photos were uploaded to social media sites, where they went viral.

The thief used his hands to cover his face in an attempt hide his identity. The thief was punished after being caught trying to steal a dog.

The people who caught the thief, decided to turn to street justice as the police were not able to stop the suspect from stealing despite being prosecuted.

Man threatens pregnant woman with gun because she parked in two parking spaces

(Scroll down for video) A man who was angry that a woman parked her car in two parking spaces, confronted her with a gun, according to police in Florida.

Ocala police said that they have arrested 20-year-old Donte Lerma, after being accused of threatening the woman, who was 9 months pregnant.

Lerma has been charged with one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Marion County Jail, and his bail has been set at $5,000.

According to the criminal complaint, the 31-year-old woman parked her car in a parking lot, where she met a woman who was interested in buying her dog.

At some point, Lerma confronted the pregnant woman, claiming that she placed her car in two parking spaces. When she refused to move her car, Lerma came out of his vehicle and confronted the pregnant woman with a gun.

The pregnant woman quickly went into her car and called the police. The woman who was interested in buying the dog, corroborated the victim's story.

Lerma denied confronting the pregnant woman with a gun.

Fisherman known as Mark the Shark catches 2 pounds of cocaine while looking for fish in the Atlantic Ocean

(Scroll down for video) A popular fisherman in Florida, who is known as “Mark the Shark,” revealed that he recently found a package of cocaine in the Atlantic Ocean.

The U.S. Coast Guard said that Mark Quartiano, found the two pounds of cocaine floating in the ocean while fishing 2 miles away from the Miami shore.

On Wednesday, Quartiano went fishing along with his crew. At some point, he noticed a package floating in the water. After examining the package, he realized that it was drugs.

He contacted the U.S. Coast Guard, and gave them the package.

It is the first time in 40 years that Quartiano found cocaine in the ocean. Quartiano uploaded a video of his catch on Instagram, where it went viral.

Man kills squirrel because his brother did not want to give him coffee

A man who was angry with his brother, decided to kill an innocent squirrel, according to police in Florida.

Orange City police said that they have arrested 44-year-old Shawn Gamber, after being accused of grabbing a knife and killing an animal following a dispute with his younger brother.

Gamber has been charged with aggravated assault and animal cruelty. He was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail, pending a bail hearing.

According to the criminal complaint, Gamber asked his brother, Samuel, 25, to make him a coffee on Wednesday morning.

When Samuel refused, Gamber became very angry and grabbed a knife from the kitchen. Gamber then left the house and killed a squirrel that he caught the day before in his backyard.

Samuel was not injured.

Woman hides cocaine and vodka under pillow of 3-year-old daughter

The mother of a young girl whose home was being raided by police, decided to hide drugs and alcohol under the pillow of the child, according to police in Florida.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said that they have arrested 28-year-old Shannon Jackson, after being accused of hiding a can full of drugs under the pillow of her 3-year-old daughter.

Jackson has been charged with child neglect and drug possession. She was booked into the Stock Island Detention Center, pending a bail hearing.

According to the police investigation, police raided Jackson’s home after obtaining a search warrant. Officers who entered the home found Jackson and her two children in the master bedroom.

During a search of the room, police found a can of spray labeled “All Purpose Cleaner," underneath the girl's pillow. The can, which had an opening on the bottom, contained cocaine, heroin, oxycodone, hydrocodone and Adderall.

There were several small plastic bags inside the can as well.

Police also found a partially filled bottle of vodka under the child's pillow.

Three boys put their sperm on homemade cakes and give them to their teacher to taste

Three boys are facing criminal charges after putting their sperm on homemade cakes and giving them to their teacher at school, according to police in Nebraska.

Omaha police said that they have arrested three 14-year-old boys, who were accused of causing the teacher to consume their sperm.

So far, the three boys have been charged with disturbing the peace. Prosecutors said that they might add additional charges.

According to the police investigation, the teacher, who was not identified, ordered the class to make apple turnovers. At some point, the three boys conspired to add their sperm on the frosting of the cakes.

They excused themselves from class and went to a bathroom.

Eventually, they mixed their body fluids with the frosting of the cakes. The teacher then tried one of the cakes and noticed that something wrong.

A student in her class later approached the teacher and told her what the three boys did.

Fake dentist pulls out 10 teeth without anesthetic from woman

(Scroll down for video) People who wanted to save money on their medical bills, suffered immense pain after a fake dentist pulled their teeth without anesthetics, according to police in Florida.

The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said that they have arrested 53-year-old Robert Rheinlander, after being accused of offering cheap dental care without being licensed.

Rheinlander has been charged with one count of practicing dentistry without a license. He was booked into the Manatee County jail, and his bail has been set at $1,500.

According to the police investigation, Rheinlander offered cheap dental services out of his customers’ homes. He claimed to have practiced dentistry in South Carolina before moving to the state.

One woman told police that Rheinlander extracted her tooth, leaving a tooth fragment in her gums. This caused the woman medical problems.

When police investigated Rheinlander, they found that he was not a dentist. Another victim told police that Rheinlander had removed about 10 teeth without anesthesia and had dentures done.

As a result, she suffered a lot of pain. Rheinlander was arrested after an undercover agent arranged to meet with him to perform dental work.
