Juan Huggins of Fort Myers, said that the incident unfolded on Monday around 12:00 p.m., outside the Suncoast Credit Union on Underwood Drive.

Huggins was trying to use the ATM of the bank, but it was out of order. He then went to use the drive-thru window. That is when a man who was driving a truck, approached him.
