Wayne County Deputy Philip Kozlowski, 53, claimed in a lawsuit filed in federal court that his boss, Sergeant Maureen McMillan, sexually harassed him at work.

Kozlowski told his boss that he was not interested in her sexual advances, but she continued harassing him. Kozlowski, who is married, filed numerous complaint against his boss, but they will all ignored.

At one point, McMillan filed a false sexual harassment complaint against him in retaliation.

Among the claims made by the police officer, McMillan told the police officer to get his wife drunk so that they could have sex with her together.

She also offered to perform sex acts on him multiple times.

McMillan also told the police officer that it was okay for him to cheat on his wife because men are hardwired to have sex. One time, McMillan locked the door of a room and shut off the lights while Kozlowski was inside with her alone.
