A company was forced recall boots after people were outraged by the design on its soles.

One customer posted a photo to Reddit, where he expressed his shock when his new pair of Polar Fox boots left footprints in the shape of swastikas on the ground.

“FRSHFSHFCKR” posted that the photo of the boots was in an angle and he was not able to see the design on the bottom when he ordered them.

He posted a photo of the $39.99 boots along with the image of the swastikas, and it has been viewed on Imgur over two million times.

The California-based company that manufactures the boots, Conal International Trading Inc., is recalling the boots, claiming that it was not aware of the issue with the soles until they saw the complaint on Reddit.

The company’s E-commerce manager, Anthony Nguyen, said that it was a design flaw and not intentional.
