Woman crashes into T-Mobile store because they did not fix her phone for her birthday

(Scroll down for video) A woman was arrested for taking her anger out by driving into a store and causing a lot of damage.

The woman of Florida, went to the T-Mobile store to have her iPhone fixed after the screen got cracked.

25-year-old Shinobia Montoria Wright of Wellington, came to the store on the day of her birthday, but she was told that she will have to buy a new one as her phone cannot be replaced.

Wright became upset after she was told that she will have to pay for a replacement phone even though she had insurance.

The frustrated woman left and returned the next day. Instead of walking into the store, she drove her Nissan SUV into the building.

She then got out of her can and threw merchandise around.
According to Palm Springs police, Wright caused $30,000 worth of damage to the business.

Wright also hit an employee in the neck, police said.

She is facing charges of aggravated battery, burglary, simple battery, criminal mischief and reckless driving.

The incident was recorded by an employee from the MetroPCS store next door.
