(Scroll down for video) A defense attorney found himself on the other side of the law after being accused of sexually assaulting his former fiancee, according to police in Florida.

Collier County police said that they have arrested 53-year-old Jon Douglass Parrish, after being accused of pleasuring himself onto his former fiancee, following an assault.

Parrish has been charged with false imprisonment, tampering with a witness, victim or informant, and domestic violence battery.

He was booked into jail, and his bail has been set at $12,500.

Parrish denied the allegations, saying that his former fiancee made up the stories about him. The lawyer’s former girlfriend, 36-year-old Natalie Peysina, has been charged with grand theft and unarmed robbery.

She was accused of stealing the victim’s engagement ring, which went missing during the assault.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim stated that Peysina entered the house she shared with Parrish, and began to beat her.

She pushed her head face down in the bed, and continued to hit her on the head, face, and body. During the attack, Parrish watched and did nothing to help her despite her cries of help.

Peysina then choked the victim until she lost consciousness. The victim estimated that the attack lasted an hour. Once she regained consciousness, Parrish told her not to call the police because things will get worse.

Parrish then wanted to have sex with the victim, but she refused his advances. Parrish then pleasured himself onto the woman.
