A man was arrested after being accused of sexually assaulting his female client.

The woman of Australia, told police that she went to the massage therapist to treat a neck injury.

However, she said that she was “frozen and scared” when the massage therapist, 31-year-old Anthony Theodosiou, pulled off her towel and molested her.

According to documents at the Downing Centre District Court, Theodosiou licked the woman’s chest and touched her private parts.

Theodosiou was charged with five counts of indecent assault and three counts of sexual assault.

Theodosiou claimed that the woman consented to his fondling by saying “mmm” when he asked her if she was OK.

However, he admitted that when he continued touching her and he asked her again if she wanted him to stop, she replied: “you better stop.”

He then left the room and the woman got dressed. She paid him and made an appointment for another session.

When she left, the woman went to the police station and filed a complaint.

Crown prosecutor Linda McSpedden told the jury that saying “mmm” did not signal consent.

Mr. Theodosiou’s defense attorney Les Nicholls said that his client does not dispute the fact that he touched the woman.

However, the dispute is whether it was consensual or not.

Les Nicholls said that his client believes that the sex acts were consensual.
