A man of Pennsylvania, was shot and killed after he did not have enough money to pay the landlord.

Police arrested 28-year-old Anthanasia “Nasia” Moncrief, after she got into an argument with 32-year-old Richard Spadel, who did not have money for rent.

Spadel rented a room in Moncrief’s home on the 4300 block of Boone Street in Philadelphia.

A witness said that the two got into a fist fight before Moncrief grabbed her gun and shot her tenant in the back, police said.

When officers arrived, they found a man trying to revive Spadel, but it was too late and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Moncrief allegedly told police that Spadel came into her room with scissors at about 2:50 a.m., and that was when she shot him in self-defense.

Moncrief, who was charged with murder, listed herself as a former Coldwell Banker real estate agent on Facebook.
