Parents were upset after learning of the charges brought against the substitute teacher at the Looscan elementary school in Houston.

49-year-old Pete Garcia Hernandez was charged with three counts of indecency with children after he was accused of placing children on his lap.

“He straddled his leg, and he moved them side to side and back and forth,” police said.

The children told their parents that Hernandez touched their chests, kissed them on their mouths and placed his tongue inside them, according to police.

Hernandez initially denied the allegations. However, according to court documents, he eventually admitted to the actions.

Hernandez allegedly told police that he was standing too close while speaking to the children and his tongue accidentally went into their mouths.

Hernandez was arrested after he admitted to police that he had sexual thoughts about his three young victims.
