Gunman walks down the aisle behind bride and groom before shooting three wedding guests

A wedding ceremony in Brazil, turned chaotic after a man pulled a gun and shot guests.

The gunman walked nonchalantly down the aisle behind the bride and groom at the wedding before pulling a pistol from his waist and firing shots.

The incident, which took place at a church in Limoeiro de Anadia, was recorded on video.

The shocking video shows the suspect, who was identified as Umberto Ferreira dos Santos, dressed in a striped polo and jeans, walking behind the bride and groom.

Santos, who is also known as Betinho, suddenly stopped at the second row and it looked like he was preparing to take his place on the bench. Instead, he pulled up his shirt and removed his gun. He then began firing shots, sending everyone running in panic.

The gunman then calmly walked out of the church.

Three people who were shot at point blank range, were rushed to a hospital.

Cicero Barbosa da Silva, 62, his son, Edmilson Bezerra da Silva, 37, underwent surgery and are in stable condition. The third victim was treated and released.

The victims were invited to the wedding, but are not family members of the bride or groom.

Witnesses said that the suspect targeted the father and son as revenge for the death of his own son who was allegedly recently killed by Edmilson.
