(Scroll down for video) Police began a manhunt after a man went on a killing spree before he was found dead.

Police in Oklahoma, said that the man shot his wife and her attorney because he was upset over her divorce proceedings.

Police were called to the home of 47-year-old Bryan Young, after a man broke into his home and shot him in front of his wife and child.

Young, who was the former principal at the Norman North High School and a practicing attorney, was shot at his home in the 700 block of Trisha Lane in Norman at around 11:30 p.m.

He was rushed to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Police then received a call on reports of a shooting at the 1000 block of West Lindsey Street. There they found the body of 49-year-old Cayann Patterson Deffner, who had been shot multiple times.

Police called the judges who were involved in the case, to make sure that they were safe.

Police later found the body of Timothy Michael. He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Cayann, who was a mother of four children and worked as a real estate agent, had filed for a protective order against her estranged husband, alleging that he physically assaulted her.

Attorney John Nalley said that he represented Cayann in the beginning of her case, but he dropped her as a client after receiving death threats from Timothy.
