(Scroll down for video) Police were called to a Dunkin’ Donuts in Florida, after a woman was shot.
When police arrived, the man was no longer at the store.
The 55-year-old woman told police that she did not know the man and they did not have an altercation that may have led to the shooting.
After police released surveillance video of the suspect, 38-year-old Randy Barroso went to the Coconut Creek Police Department with an attorney, and turned himself in.
Barroso has a concealed carry permit, and has no criminal record, police said.
Barroso said that while he was inside the store, he accidentally dropped his gun and it went off, striking the woman. Barroso got scared and fled the scene instead of waiting for police.
Barroso was charged with Culpable Negligence and booked into the Broward County Jail, where his bond was set at $500.
