Customer beheads restaurant owner who overcharged 15 cents for 3 bowls of noodles

A young man became extremely owner when the owner of a restaurant allegedly overcharged him for his order, according to police in China.

Sichuan police said that they have arrested the 22-year-old man, who was not identified, after being accused of beheading the 42-year-old restaurant owner.

The suspect has been charged with one count of murder.

According to the police investigation, the young man entered the restaurant and ordered 3 bowls of noodles. The suspect who was identified as Hu, ate the three bowls of noodles.

When the suspect got the bill, he became angry, accusing the victim of overcharging him by 15 cents. A fight broke out, and during the scuffle, the young man pulled a knife and beheaded the restaurant owner.

The suspect then took the head and threw it into a garbage bin.

People in the neighborhood were shocked by the violent attack, calling the victim a nice and honest man who never cheated his customers.
