(Scroll down for video) A company that sells beer in Scotland, is looking for workers for their new location in the United States.

The brewery named BrewDog, announced that they have a unique incentive to draw people to work for them.

The company that has 1,000 workers around the world, gives its workers one week of paid “paw-ternity” leave for when they get a new puppy or rescue a dog.

They also allow their workers to bring their dogs along to work. The company said that at its headquarters in Aberdeenshire, they have 50 “office dogs.”

They will give the same benefits to people who choose to work for them at their upcoming new location in Columbus, Ohio.
