A former employee of Bloomberg LP, filed a lawsuit against her employer and former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, alleging that her boss, Nick Ferris, got her addicted to drugs and raped her twice at his apartment, according to court documents in New York.

The 22-year-old woman who was identified only as Margaret Doe, filed her lawsuit in the Bronx, demanding $20 million in damages for being sexually harassed.

According to the woman, Ferris began feeding the woman drugs as soon as she started working at Bloomberg LP. One day, Ferris took the woman out for drinks before taking her home to his apartment, where they partied with his girlfriend.

After drinking vodka and smoking marijuana, the woman went to sleep in a guest room. She awoke in middle of the night, and found Ferris having sex with her.

After the woman complained, Ferris stopped giving her drugs.

Eventually, the woman agreed to go to his apartment in exchange for drugs. He then raped her a second time. The woman filed complaints with the human resources department, but nothing was done, according to the lawsuit.

Ferris no longer works for Bloomberg. Ferris currently works as the Chief Operating Officer at Simpler Trading. The woman named Ferris, Bloomberg LP and Michael Bloomberg as defendants.

She accused them of civil rights violations, a hostile work environment and sexual discrimination. Ferris denied all the allegations, saying that the woman is lying.

No criminal charges have been filed against Ferris.
