(Scroll down for video) A mother of South Carolina, who works the night shift at Walmart, was horrified to learn that her husband was killed.

Hope Jacinto, who was married to her husband, 41-year-old Antonio Jacinto, for 15 years, was told that her husband died while sleeping in his bed.

Antonio, who had a morning job, was caring for his five children while his wife was working the night shift.

After he went to sleep in the bedroom of his home in Anderson County, an SUV crashed into his bedroom and pinned him underneath the truck.

Police said that 19-year-old Austin Burdette, who was driving while he was drunk at about 11:15 p.m., hit a sign and a fire hydrant before he drove up on the sidewalk and headed straight into the home.

The couple’s 14-year-old son was sleeping in the same room, but he was not injured.

Their four other children who were in other rooms, were not injured.

Burdette was arrested and charged with felony DUI, resulting in major bodily injury or death. The teenager was not injured in the accident.
