(Scroll down for video) Police launched an investigation after a video on Facebook showed a popular rapper pointing a gun at a toddler's face, according to police in Michigan.

Detroit police said that investigators are studying the video, which appears to show 18-year-old Molly Brazy pointing the gun at the young girl’s face.

Sergeant Michael Woody of the Detroit Police Department, said that this is very concerning to see the teen acting in a reckless manner with a weapon.

Brazy’s manager released a statement, saying that the gun was not real and she was only playing with the baby. The video had been uploaded to Facebook by Detroit rapper G'Mac Cash.

The video has since been deleted. The video showed Brazy talking to someone about candy before the girl threw the gun at her.

Brazy picked up the gun and pointed it at the girl’s face. Brazy asked the girl why she did that and warned her to stop playing games.
