A teenager was arrested after refusing to share his underwear with his brother.

The man of Florida, became angry when he saw that his younger brother was wearing his boxer shorts and attacked him with a bottle of wine, police said.

19-year-old Jeremias Rios of Eustis, faces charges of aggravated battery. He is being held at the Lake County Jail, and his bail was set at $5,000.

According to the police report, the suspect demanded that his 17-year-old brother remove his underwear.

The brother told police that he took off the underwear and placed it on his older brother’s bed. Rios then threw some of his brother’s clothes to the floor, and the two began to argue.

Jeremias allegedly attempted to beat his brother, brushing his chin with his fist, police said. The victim placed him in a chokehold for a short time.

Jeremias then went to the living room and took a bottle of wine, and he allegedly swung the bottle and hit his brother’s left shoulder, leaving a bruise.

The 17-year-old boy was then placed in a chokehold again, and waited until he calmed down.

When police arrived, Rios had a cut to his hand, possibly from hitting an empty fish tank in his bedroom during the fight.

Jeremias was taken to Florida Hospital Waterman, where he got stitches, before being arrested.
