A man of Australia, is angry that he was convicted of rape after he had sex with two of his daughter’s friends.

Prosecutors in Queensland, said that the father gave the girl drugs and alcohol before taking then into his room and playing a game that involved taking their clothes off.

Brisbane Supreme Court Supreme Court heard that the 42-year-old father had a threesome with the girls, who are 14 and 17 years old.

At first, the man's defense team tried to convince the jury that he never had sex with the girls. However, he later admitted to having sex with them, but claimed that it was consensual.

The 17-year-old girl corroborated his story and told the court that she willingly had sex with her friend's father.

However, the 14-year-old girl was the one who reported the incident to police after she said that the suspect held her down as he was having sex with both her and the older girl.

A jury found the father guilty of raping the 14-year-old girl.

Defense barrister Simon Bain told the three Court of Appeal judges that the girls’ accounts about the incident were inconsistent with one another.

He is now appealing the case on the grounds that the sex was consensual, and that he should be convicted of unlawful carnal knowledge instead of rape.

The judges have discussed the fact that the girls admitted to staying at the man’s home and playing a game with a mask after the incident.

They debated whether that was consistent with the behavior of someone who had just been raped.

Crown Prosecutor Vicki Lowry said that the behavior, while it may be “somewhat unusual,” was likely a result of the girls being plied with drugs and alcohol by the suspect.

The man is awaiting the ruling.
