Firefighter puts his hands down underwear of woman on train because she turned him on

A firefighter in Japan, disappointed many people in his community by sexually assaulting a young woman who was traveling on a train.

Tokyo police have arrested 37-year-old Shogo Hirakawa, after being accused of sexually assaulting the 22-year-old woman twice, once on the train and again when she got off at the station.

Hirakawa has been charged with one count of indecent assault.

A spokesperson for the Chuo Fire Department, said that the attack unfolded while Hirakawa was off duty.

According to the police investigation, at around 10:30 p.m., Hirakawa approached the 22-year-old woman who was traveling on the JR Sobu Line.

The firefighter the placed his hand down the woman’s underwear and felt her up. When the train arrived at the station, the woman quickly left, but Hirakawa followed her.

He forced the victim into an alley, and pressed his body against hers. He then groped her chest. During questioning, Hirakawa told police that he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the attack.

He also excused his behavior, saying that the woman turned him on.
