Police are looking for a teenager who left the scene of a single car crash and left his injured brother behind.

Police in New York, said that 19-year-old Aidan Camacho, was behind the wheel of his Acura, when he crashed into a parked car and a tree in Queens.

Camacho was speeding when he crashed into the vehicle and the tree after 4:10 a.m. on Sunday, police said.

While his brother 21-year-old Angel Camacho, who was in the passenger seat of the car was seriously injured, the teenager got out of the car and flagged down a passing driver.

He did not ask the driver to call for help. Instead, he asked to be taken to the Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn.

Someone alerted police to the accident, and when firefighters arrived on the scene, they had to use extrication tools to get Angel out of the vehicle.

Angel was rushed to the hospital in critical condition after suffering severe injuries.

When police arrived at the Interfaith Medical Center, Aidan was no longer there. Police are asking people who know his whereabouts to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
