(Scroll down for video) Police in Texas, have so far arrested seven students after a mother called police to report that her son was sexually abused at school.

Authorities said that more students and graduates may face charges as more victims are now coming forward.

The suspects who are football, baseball and basketball players from La Vernia High School, brutally sexually abused their fellow students, according to police.

The first victim’s mother told police that her 16-year-old son was held down by the group of boys inside the locker room while other students stuck items up his rectum as part of a hazing ritual.

After the brave mother filed the complaint and police arrested the students, other students had the courage to come forward and shared tales about the sexual abuse they suffered at the hands of the athletes.

According to the mother, the items that were shoved up their rectums included coke bottles, deodorant bottles, steel pipes, baseball bats and broomsticks.

Police learned that the abuse has been going on for two years. Authorities have not released the names of the suspects.
