The boy was charged with two counts of child rape and two counts of attempted aggravated assault.

According to prosecutor Britt Louise Viklund, the boy had unprotected sex with three girls, who were all under the age of 15.

Although the boy knew that he was HIV positive, he withheld the information and did not take his medication in order to infect the victims.

One of the girl admitted that she was his girlfriend, and therefore, the boy has not been charged with rape in that case.

He has also not been charged with assault in that case because he was under the age of 15 at the time.

According to police, the investigation began after one of the girls found out that the boy was infected with HIV. She was really frightened and notified all the girl who had sex with the suspect.

According to social services, the boy knew about his infection and was warned not to have unprotected sex with his partners.

A blood test showed that he had elevated levels of HIV in his blood. Fortunately, the girls did not contract the virus.
