(Scroll down for video) A girl killed her mother and her mother’s boyfriend before going to live with her father.

After a few days, she went to live with her cousin. The cousin questioned the girl after she was unable to get hold of her mother.

Destiny Garcia told her cousin that she hurt her mother and her mother’s boyfriend. The cousin called police in New York, to check on the couple.

When officers entered the home, they found “blood everywhere.”

Police said that the couple had been dead for one week, and their bodies were decomposing by the time they arrived.

The mother was identified as 38-year-old Rosie Sanchez, and her boyfriend was identified as 40-year-old Anderson Nunez, both of Brooklyn.

The couple was found dead in their apartment on the fifth-floor of the Sheepshead Bay Houses on Batchelder St.

Sanchez was shot dead in a bedroom while Nunez was found shot and stabbed to death. He was lying on the kitchen floor, police said.

Garcia reportedly told police that Nunez had been raping her. The girl said that she told her mother about the rape, but her mother refused to believe her.

The girl was furious over being raped by the man and not being protected by her mother, so she decided to kill them both.

Garcia was being questioned by police over the murders. Her attorney Peter Guadagnino, entered a not guilty plea on her behalf.

Although police said that there were inconsistencies in the girl’s story, her grandmother Jenny Perez said that she lived with the couple, she witnessed Nunez touching and treating her granddaughter inappropriately.

“I would tell him, ‘Don’t do that to the girl, she doesn’t like for you to touch her,’” Perez said.

“My daughter didn’t want to believe her. I love my daughter and I miss her, but Destiny is telling the truth, no matter who doesn’t believe her, I believe her,” the grandmother added.
