(Scroll down for video) A driver attracted the attention of police to himself by wearing a “Drunk Lives Matter” shirt while committing several traffic violations, according to police in Pennsylvania.

On Tuesday around 12:00 a.m., Newville Police Department officers observed a green Ford pickup committing multiple traffic violations.

The vehicle was subsequently stopped and the driver was identified as 44-year-old Elwood R. Gutshall III.

After subsequent investigation, it was determined that Gutshall was under the influence of alcohol beyond what he could safely operate a motor vehicle.

Gutshall was arrested and taken to the Cumberland County Booking Center for a legal blood draw. Gutshall’s blood alcohol content level came in at .217 percent, or nearly three times the legal limit.

Gutshall has been charged with DUI Highest Rate, driving under DUI suspension, and traffic violations.
