(Scroll down for video) A man received a deadly kiss while taking a photo with a snake.

The 35-year-old tourist who was identified as Baburam Jakhar, was visiting Rajasthan, India. He was having a good time before he encountered the deadly snake.

Jakhar spotted another man holding a cobra, and decided to take a photo with it.

Witnesses took video as the snake handler placed the reptile around the tourist’s neck. Jakhar stood perfectly still as the snake wrapped its head around him.

The cobra was seen “kissing” Jakhar on the side of the head and delivering a deadly dose of venom.

When the snake was removed, Jakhar was seen on video touching his head several times. He asked the snake handler if he had been bitten, but he was ignored.

Jakhar soon fell unconscious. Rather than taking him to a hospital, onlookers took him to a man, who is known for treating people with snake bites.

The man gave him medicine, but it did not help. When his condition got worse, the 35-year-old man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead about one hour after receiving the bite.

Police are now looking for the snake handler, who ran from the scene after the incident. He is facing charges of culpable homicide.
