Police have arrested three gas station employees after they sold cigarettes to a minor in exchange for sex acts.

The three men of Minneapolis, Minnesota, were accused of selling cigarettes to a 14-year-old girl in exchange for sex acts.

Police arrested the three men, who were identified as 44-year-old Jammie Lee, Erwin Kruk, 26, and Deandre Boyd, 21.

They are all facing criminal sexual conduct and prostitution charges.

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office said that Boyd, Lee and Kruk worked at the Freedom Gas Station in Minnetonka, at the time of the incident.

The sexual assaults began when the girl came into the gas station’s convenience store and wanted to buy cigarettes.

Prosecutors said that Boyd knew that she was underage so he offered to sell cigarettes to her in exchange for sexual favors.

“Mr. Boyd took advantage of a young girl and her desire for cigarettes in order to have sexual contacts and then helped his friends do the same,” Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman said.

The girl came back on another occasion to get cigarettes in exchange for giving the men sexual favors, according to police.
